great choice of mirrors at sensible prices
Website very easy to use, fantastic choice of styles, sizes etc, I particularly liked the fact you could get the mirror customised with the size and features you require. They phoned me prior to delivery to advise which day, mirror arrived safe and looks good, cannot say if it works OK yet as the bathroom is not finished yet and this will be one of the last things to go in but so far so good.

Very pleased with this purchase
Very pleased with this purchase, it was very well packed and arrived in perfect condition. Mirrorforyou even cut a 50 cm mirror down to 45 cm at no extra cost.
I would have given another star but whenever I needed to contact Mirrorforyou the phones were down, and I had difficulty communicating with them.

We have bought 2 mirrors from mirrorforyou. The first had a slight fault but we contacted Maciej and he sorted the issue out and sent us another , with no problems at all. Would recommend them for good quality goods and excellent customer service.

We're sorry to hear that. All of our LED illuminated mirrors have to be manufactured to order and they're not readily available. In that way, we can make sure that the product is made from the best components available and matches our customer's requirements.
The lead times are always displayed at every product page.

Pleased to change my original review due to great customer service.
I have no problem with the service and the delivery of the product, but I feel that the quality of the product is not as high as I expected. The Mirror looks good out of the box, but for something that cost nearly £500 I expected a better fixing system to hang the mirror on the wall. The first attempt resulted in missing the hooks on the back of the mirror and the mirror fell off the wall, luckily causing no damage. Because of this I had to build a bracket of my own to support the mirror due to the fixings being inadequate. At this point I found out that the brackets on the back of the mirror are not level so the mirror wouldn't hang level. Due to having to handle the mirror multiple times the mirror is scratched. I feel that this product is cheaply made and not worth the price tag. I have been in the building trade for 20 years installing fitted kitchens and bathrooms and trying to hang this mirror on the wall was both frustrating and disappointing.
I would like to update my review of Mirror for you to 5 starts due to the way they have dealt with this issue. After leaving this review I contacted Mirror for you and explained in detail the issues that I had experienced. Mirror for you are looking at ways to avoid this happening on future custom sized mirrors. They have also offered to replace the damaged mirror. I feel that Mirror for you have listened to the issues that I have experienced and are working on a solution that will improve their product. To me this is is great customer service and everything I would expect form a reputable company that cares about it's customers. I would definitely recommend them.

We offer 14 day period for returning ordered goods if a customer is not satisfied with the purchase. There is also 3 year guarantee period during which we can offer either a refund or a new product.
The website is great but !
The website is great, better than the actual service. It took 3 e-mails to get a response about delivery and the one phone call i made nobody picked up.
When the mirror finally arrived it looks great , which is the main thing but the led light is only a comfort light it,s not bright enough for a shave and being all one piece it was a pain to fit, i know thats not mirrorsforyou fault but i would definitely recommend a two part version.

The mirror is very good with the LED …
The mirror is very good with the LED lights and touch switch, but it did not get 5 stars for the simple reason of the hanging mountings on the mirror, we tried to hang straight onto the hooks provided, but the mirror was not level and did not feel safe, it also came away from the wall by several mm. We have hung this on extra strong picture framing wire and had much better results.
