COMPLETELY AVOID - absolute SCAM!!! I ordered a mirror last year - it never arrived, I never got a refund. There is no way to contact them and they ignore emails. I am still waiting for a refund or the mirror to arrive. I will never get it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY

The worst customer service I have ever…

The worst customer service I have ever received. I ordered my mirror about 8 months ago. I had been contacted by a man Matt and was told that there had been a delay because of broken stock, which I had been okay with, I was then promised to receive it in January but it is now May and my emails and calls are no longer being responded to. I can't afford to spend the money on a mirror to not receive it. Do not buy from this company.

Customer srvice ?? A lack of - rip off company

Ordered a mirror in the start of Feb, by the 9th April still no mirror. Try calling them? They make big claims of being the largest European supplier then the phone line disconnects. Make a complaint ? tried that and had to wait 8 days to book a slot for a "manager" to call - and did the calls ever come through ? NO!!. The whole thing is a scam, you can't speak to anyone and the customer services is simply a link sent to your phone to click the reason of the call that gets you no-where. So I ask / click about delivery, and lo & behold you can't speak to the courier and they send outa text link ! I wish i'd done my research on here before hand. Probs the worst company I have ever dealt with that should be ashamed of how they treat there customers ! case logged with my CC company to recover the £180 they of mine. AVOID AVOID AVOID !

I ordered a mirror and it arrived…

I ordered a mirror and it arrived smashed.
Immediately I requested a collection and refund it had been now 2 weeks and no response and i have tried to call and contact them multiple times.
I paid £120 and for them to not take this seriously isn’t okay.
Do not get anything from here!!!
Save your money.

Terrible experience

I ordered a mirror, and it arrived broken. After requesting a replacement, I waited about two weeks, only to receive an even more damaged one. I submitted another request for a refund or replacement, but after more than two months, I still hadn't received any response. There is no way to contact them by phone, and they completely ignore emails.

After posting my review, they reached out and promised to send another mirror if I took it down. I agreed, but the third mirror also arrived broken. Now, they are refusing to respond to me at all. At this point, my only option is to dispute the transaction through my bank. Absolutely awful customer service—beware before purchasing!

I ordered a mirror in October

I ordered a mirror in October, I’ve gone back and forth with emails and don’t seem to be getting anywhere! I’ve asked for a refund still no outcome, had the delivery place cancel me 5 times now! Was supposed to a phone appointment with a manager which never happened! Do not buy from here I’ve wasted £250!!!

I ordered a mirror in November and it arrived smashed, I filled out the form for a replacement and around 2 weeks later the mirror was exchanged. The second mirror was also broken. I filled out the same form 5 times with no response. In January I emailed and phoned several times. When you try to call you can’t speak to anyone, only book an appointment with a manager, which I did at the earliest date (2 weeks later), nobody called!!! Scam scam scam, trying to get the money back through my bank because no one will reply

SCAM DO NOT ORDER

I ordered a mirror in December, after not arriving on the arranged date I consistently emailed and attempted to call them (on their number on their website which clearly is not real) and heard no response. In February I received a smashed mirror. Again, consistently contacted them regarding this, as you can imagine I did not want to wait another three months for their “fast and easy deliver” so I opted for a refund. They finally responded (hurrahhh!!) and said they would refund me when their currier came to collect the damaged item. Suprise surprise, no collection, now I’m out of pocket with a smashed mirror! I did arrange the phone calls with a manager but obviously no one called me. Avoid avoid avoid.

Smashed Mirror no replacement

Smashed Mirror arrived . Said they would send a replacement but the “van broke down” not heard of any resolution. Booked a phone call / no answer , which tbh I think they do so you can’t call them . So I’m 200 quid down with abit of smashed mirror . Don’t bother ordering

Ordered a mirror in the sales after…

******UPDATE 7th February******
I was sent an email by a different courier company on 27th January to say they had the goods and eventually received an email and text message 6th February to say they'd be delivering the next day. Fortunately I'm able to WFH so did this with no expectation. Received a call to say they were an hour away and a second call when they'd arrived.

The mirror is in good condition and is exactly what I wanted. That being said, the customer service from MirrorMaison isn't great. The only time I heard from them was two weeks into the new year to say there were unexpected issues with their courier service, and again after a failed delivery (which I'm not convinced actually took place) saying they'd had delivery hiccups. They never replied to any of my emails, and you cannot get hold of anyone by telephone for love nor money.

While I'm happy with the product, and was in no particular rush to receive it, I probably wouldn't order from them again. So, it's still a 2* from me

Ordered a mirror in the sales after Christmas and scheduled delivery for a Wednesday mid Jan. Received a text on the Monday to say due to weather conditions they couldn’t deliver that day (I’d never schedule delivery for a Monday - I don’t WFH beginning of the week). Received an email from MirrorMaison to apologise for inconvenience and their courier would be in touch to arrange a new date.
I was NOT contacted - they simply arranged a delivery date which didn’t work for me as I had plans. Trying to get in touch with MirrorMaison was impossible - phone calls and emails aren’t answered and when I contacted Rhenus (via WhatsApp) to try and reschedule, the website told me my order didn’t exist.
I had no belief the order would turn up today but surprisingly, received a call from the delivery driver. I explained I was still travelling home but to leave the order with the concierge in the main building. I did receive a further call from him but as I was on the train, couldn’t hear well - thought he said he’d delivered but on checking the tracking status, it’s not arrived. Don’t know why as our concierge service is impeccable - they accept all deliveries bar perishables.

If MirrorMaison/Rhenus bother to arrange a new delivery date and I receive the goods, I may update this but currently, I wouldn’t recommend buying from them.
