Purchased a dress, that was too big
Returned it, and I have heard nothing from this company

I am bombarded everyday with emails of offers etc! But try contacting them to find out about your return?

Phone number.. fake

Emails fake as kept bouncing back

A lot of information about nothing! But cannot speak to an actual person

I will never be purchasing another item from this company

I ordered a dress

I ordered a dress. When I enquired about its whereabouts I was informed it was lost and offered a replacement which I accepted only to be told it was actually out of stock. Waiting to see if I get my refund.

No help from customer services and no refund

My returns parcel is on its way back to missguided. I have proof I returned it on 2nd feb. Still no refund! No help from 3 different people at missguided as to where this missing parcel is. I have email proof I sent it and I’m just being told to wait 2 more days and contact back. I’ve tried to speak to Hermes and not getting anywhere with them either. Over £100 order!

I paid extra for next day delivery

I paid extra for next day delivery, and next day I got an email that the order is out for delivery. Since that day (3days ago) I haven’t heard from them neither received my order. I can’t even track it. It says it’s out for delivery for 3 days already. It was a birthday gift. The birthday was 2 days ago. So unprofessional! I am very unhappy.

sent back 4 items of clothing but was…

sent back 4 items of clothing but was only refunded for 3, when i went on website it said i could wait up to 10 days for it to get refunded but i could not understand how they would refund 3 items straight away but not 4 so did a live chat with melusi, she looked into it and i was given a refund straight away no quibbling, i am happy with service and i actually think the quality of clothing is comparable to other high street shops of same price range, would buy off them again.

fast delivery

I ordered a dress with fast delivery 5-7 days (for my vacation) and never received it. When I contacted customer service. They told me where my package was and that they know that I didn't receive it, but they can't offer me a refund. I'll have to wait until the package arrives and send it back. Sending it back will cost me 11 euros which they will not refund.

“Nothing they could do”

I bought a gorgeous jumpsuit from the site a couple of weeks ago. Today was my first time wearing it out, only for all of the stitching to break and come undone. As I’m in love with the item I quickly bought another one as there’s only a few left in my size, thinking that I’d be refunded. When I contacted customer service with all my evidence they said there was nothing that they could do. Absolutely appalled and won’t be buying from here again

oredered return on 23 ,stayed in all day , chat with company , have to pick another day oh no phones by the way. 24th stayed in all day no pick up ,chat with company , if you cancel return we can get in touch with hermes lol. they take 48hrs to get back to us then we can arrange another stay in day , we will send you 4 leaf clover and pray to the courier gods what a joke.

Great service

Great service, orders arrive quickly and email updates every step of the way. Returns are quick and simple and refunds are issued quickly. Great choice of clothes are sizes are actually true to size.

First class online retail experience

Whilst The item of clothing I ordered was not for me I feel I need to write a review to reflect the first class service this retailer provides. There was no delivery cost and Returns could not be simpler. The retailer’s website provides a number of options including dropping off to local shops for collection by Hermes. I dropped my parcel at 8.30 this morning (bearing in mind it is Easter Monday) and I have been notified of my refund at 11.30 this morning via my papal account. That’s a first for me! Within Three hours I have a full refund!! On the basis of my experience I would highly recommend this online retailer.

recently ordered from here paid for next day delivery only to receive someone elses order no sign of my 2 items i ordered did live chat so angry have to send these back and wait to getmy stuff that i paid for and paid for next day delivery until they receive these,its not my mistake someone put wrong order in my bag do not bother ordering from these if something goes wrong they customer service at putting things right is shocking i will never order from these again especially as so many other clothing online sites to choose shame on you misquided this is not how you treat customers

Don't waste your time

Their products never look like the image. I understand when you buy something so cheap you should expect poor quality, but the items you purchase should still look like what the image shows on their website.

Love misguided! There clothes the delivery, the service when you speak to someone. It is very good and will always use misguided any day, sent me some freebie perfumes in my package which I have never had before (:

Unhappy & disappointed

Ordered next day delivery day. Now 48 hours (understandably I wavered the fact that Sunday’s do not count & that was the day I made my purchase so I’ll stick to it only being 48 hours).

1. I’ve not had any email to say my order has been delivered.
2. My account still says “ready for dispatch”.
3. However another option to check shows “been delivered to neighbour” - so I knocked on my neighbours, not a single thing delivered to any of them - not even a note in the door to say where it could be. Like how would I know which neighbours I live on a street with houses on either side.

So In this case I start questioning where the heck my order is, I go to live chat - where I am told apparently my ordered was delivered TO ME. That’s funny because I HAVEN'T EVEN GOT AN EMAIL TO SAY ANYTHING ABOUT THIS! I can clearly see from my side it was delivered to an unknown neighbour. Now I have to wait for you to investigate if I’m talking the truth or not to get my money back or a replacement, which takes another 48 hours so that’s 4 days after I made my order. For you to even consider to resend my order out again.

So pissed off, the one time I actually choose to order something from here & I am absolutely disappointed. I am not even pissed that I’ve not got my money back; it’s the fact that this can’t be investigated as soon as; why have a chat if you can’t investigate!!!!!!!! Why use a company who can’t even put a ticket in the door of my house to say where my order is!!!!!

Oh and lastly, not even had an email to speak about the next process of there being an investigation: so unprofessional. I’ve invested money in your shop; but you can’t even send an email to say that your investigating my missing order !!
