Returning a purchase

The company name says it all missguided-without the extra "s". I had to do a return sent in the packaged item and information. The item was less than $10 and never got phone call, email or anything in reference to the return, Sent in request to find out the status again, no email returned, no phone call return. I recommend anyone looking to buy women's clothing. Please check other websites that are reputable and have great customer service- Someone that will talk to you, and no issues with return policy. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Poor quality and awful returns

Ordered a jumper after having seen it in an ad on my Instagram, without realising Missguided had been taken over by SHEIN a few years ago. It was immediately obvious when my jumper arrived - SHEIN quality with a Missguided price tag. The jumper was plasticky, cheap, and not the one in the photo. I applied to return my item, which ended up being the biggest faff in the world. None of their recommended couriers actually offered returns with Missguided, and each time I reached out to their support to tell them this and ask what to do, they would recommend yet another courier that didn't handle their returns. They ended up giving me the address to the warehouse and told me to organise it myself with a courier and to email them proof of tracking once posted. So, I had to pay for Royal Mail to ship it to them, which they acknowledged, and they confirmed the package was on the way to them. Then, silence. Nothing, for two weeks, until I emailed them saying the package was delivered to the warehouse and I was told my refund would be handled in three business days after that. Only after this email chasing them up did I receive the money on its way to my bank.
Overall, just atrocious service. The jumper was poor quality, but everything that followed caused such grief just to be able to return the item and get my money back. Support were friendly (or at least the script they used was), and quick at responding, but had no clue what they were on about and would've ghosted me without giving me my money had I not chased up on it. Save the hassle and the aggro - they're not the company they used to be.

Then when you provide this information at a later date, they do not refund all the items.

Missguided REFUSED to deliver lingerie…

Missguided REFUSED to deliver lingerie i ordered from their website, calling them " sensitive items". They are ridiculous, their customer service is a joke. And the clothes are cheap. They didn't even offer me a discount code for the humiliating experience, saying that was " not their policy"...
Avoid like the plague.

I am extremely disappointed with…

I am extremely disappointed with Missguided’s customer service.

I want to return my clothes for a refund because the quality is very poor. However, returning them has been made practically impossible

Missguided provided me with the following return address:
DC-1, Logistyczna 1A, 05-090 Katy Wroclawskie, Ramp 35

The problem is that the postal code does not match the city. I checked this with multiple postal services, and the postal code does not exist for that location. I sent Missguided clear evidence showing that the address and postal code do not match.

Despite this, they keep insisting the postal code is correct and simply tell me to “try a different postal provider.” I did, several providers, and none of them recognize this address with that postal code.

Instead of correcting the address or offering an alternative solution, customer service keeps ignoring the issue and repeating the same response. At this point, it feels like they are deliberately preventing me from returning the items so they don’t have to issue a refund.

Has anyone been able to figure out their postal code?

Very poor quality products and even worse customer service. I would not recommend ordering from Missguided if you expect any support with returns or refunds

Cannot seem to return an item

Cannot seem to return an item. It is shocking !! Every time I have tried their website doesn’t recognise the order number. I have tried to email too, however the email bounces back. Do not order from here !! Shocking customer service .

Avoid at all costs unless you want to waste your money i bought a skirt and top when arrived they were completely see-through not as described on the website I had a nightmare trying to return they said return tracking post i did they received it i have emailed no reply what they do is completely illegal and against the Consumer Rights Act 2015

I returned a parcel 24 days ago

I returned a parcel 24 days ago. Ive sent the return receipt and still no refund despite them saying its yet to be processed. Really disappointing. Do if you're looking to return please be wary it takes ages. The items are also now shein as stated on the parcel bag. And with high prices.

Trying to arrange a return for 2 dresses not getting anywhere other than emails saying how busy they are and to send another email, absolutely shocking. Fingers crossed PayPal get it sorted!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Missguided = shein

Ordered 3 dresses. After 3 weeks they arrived in a Shein-bag!
One of the dresses also was on Shein for half the prize… and also, you have to pay for the return fee by yourself. Scam scam scam.

They are supposed to refund me £65…

They are supposed to refund me £65 because they never did from ages ago when their company went down but after I got the email about doing a claim they just ignored me:( I sent proof to recieve my refund and they just ignored it. They stole my money. I wouldn’t buy again ever.

30% off for life taken away due to new management

I was given 30% off for life in a competition which has now been cancelled due to new management. Very disappointing and poor service to promise a discount ‘for life’ and then take it away due to management. Should consider the reputation of your company with new management and keep your promises.

Honestly didn't understand half of the…

Honestly didn't understand half of the negative reviews the new owners of Missguided received, they changed over from the last owners so of course they cannot fulfill your refunds/returns if the fault laid with the previous owners. They even had a solution for you to get your money back, yes it's more of a pain to contact your bank but at least you get the money back!
Secondly, some of those returns are from people who order 10 outfits to try on and then return them. You just clog up the system, plus is isn't environmentally friendly!
I did a recent purchase last Wednesday taking advantage of the 70% off, I wish I didn't look at all the negative reviews because it made me doubt that the parcel would arrive.
Yes, the parcel was delayed but their customer service team replied to my email promptly and they even sent another automated email informing everyone who placed an order that they were busier than usual.
When my parcel did arrive, the quality of clothes was fantastic (again, I shouldn't of believed all the negative reviews I read about the quality) I don't want to send any of my clothes back and I can't wait to wear them.
I can't wait to order again!

I have paid 18euro for next-day…

I have paid 18euro for next-day delivery. I was waiting, and after 5 days they told me it is out of stock, and they can not send it. It is horrible. If it is out of stock, then why it is on the website. It was for my wedding. I will never order from them again!

Brilliant service this morning on Misguided Chat just wanted an update on a refund and advisor Sithabile was fantastic and answered my query super efficiently and with great friendly chat all sorted within minutes.
