Just started Invisalign treatment. So far so good. Very thorough consultation . Staff very friendly and helpful

So far so good, getting a lot of information and lots of help from different people at my dentist.

I’ve just had my first appointment so far (free consultation) and all I can say is that it was great, easy to understand, simple and straight forward!

Fabulous experience so far, just on my 2nd set of aligners and feeling excited about the change to come.

Review for Droitwich spa cabinet: went to the cabinet, sat on the chair, a woman introduced herself, had a 3sec look of my teeth and that was it. Then started to speak about prices. Her advice was that i can put invisalign only on the top part as the down part is fine, but if you change the upper part then the teeth will not match. Usually there should be xray but they would do this only if you enroll. So that consultation is said to cost 300£ but its not. What is 300£ is probably proper orthodontics appointment with x ray, plan for progression,explaining the procedures and what it is required from the user. Etc.Its not worth it people, the lady said that even after putting invisalign and spending 2-3 thousand pounds Invisalign might not strengten your teeth and that the company dont guarantee you are going to get what they are advertising. So if u have 2-3 spare grand go for it. But even after that its not certain if you are going to have what you want.

The MiSmile Network were efficient and provided me with all the information I needed to progress.

I was initially sceptical at first but I can't thank God enough that I went for the consultation.From the moment I entered to when I exited I was handled and treated like a VIP.The manager was fantastic and so professional and I am pretty sure I wouldn't have proceeded beyond the consultation if not for the excellent way she handled issues especially the ones relating to payments . Clinically, I was also well examined and I left with a contented state of mind .

Just started my journey and more than happy that my teeth are in safe sands. Cant wait to see the end result

Good customer service I haven’t had my treatment done yet so can’t say much more.

I came on a Sunday because I work 7 days a week.I had an 11.15 Appointment that to be honest I was at least 15 .ins late for.This will never happen again.But was still made to feel very welcome by the Receptionist & there after the Hygenist who was very thorough I am an extreemly nervous patient I was made to feel relaxed and comfortable.He patiently explained the procedure to me and made good recommendations going forwards. I will definitely be seeing him next month and intend to follow all recommendations.Many thanks Greg Lindsay

TRUST ME THIS CLINIC IS WORTH THE MONEY AND TO GO , SO FAR WITH ALL MY DENTIST HERE IN ENGLAND THIS IS THE ONLY ONE IS LEGIT 100% , MY PREVIOUS DENTIST WAS LITERALLY JUST DESTROY MY TOOTH IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN , THIS ONE WITH THE HELP OF DOCTORA ABIR IM NOT PRETTY SURE I FORGOT HER NAME TBH , BUT SHE IS SAVAGE SHEVE DONE MY TOOTH 20MIN. Couldn't be more happy about this company, receptionists were amazing and very friendly, I received all the confirmations for each appointment that I made via e-mail and via mobile messages, plus reminders as well a day before.

The trust that I got with my ''dentist'' on the first appointment was amazing already, since he said I wouldn't need to do some of the things that I was wondering if I had to, saving me time and money, he even said he would denied if I ask him to do it. 5 stars for the honest work!!!

Highly recommended!
