the staff is extremely kind and welcoming. They know exactly what they’re doing and I know I’m in good hands. There have been no extra costs and I am happy with my end result. I’m happy i went with a mismile dentist. Would definitely recommend to others.

Absolutely delighted with the service I received at my initial consultation; ticked all the boxes for what I require and I was relieved to hear that this practice are experts in Invisalign and will use it preferentially over traditional fixed braces.

I am really excited to start my journey with Invisalign with this company and they explained everything in a really straightforward way and made me feel very confident that they could deliver results that I would be very happy with.

The dentist was great, very professional and knowledgeable. HOWEVER there are many hidden charges such as hygienist appointments and scans etc that you need to pay for up front. I have had to enquire three times to get clear answers to the costs involved - transparency isn't their strong point. Be aware.

The experience so far has been great. The staff members especially, parmjit has been amazing. She explained the process and procedures very clearly. All the staff have been very friendly which makes it less daunting to go to the dentist.

Invisalign is of the best things I have ever done! I was apprehensive at first due to the commitment and cost but the service and team at MiSmile have been great. I have now finished my treatment and so glad I went ahead with it! My treatment lasted 11 months and it went really fast, the whole process of treatment was explained to me at every visit and I felt very relaxed and excited for the final result. Thank you!

So far so good. I've only had the assessment, but I was made to feel very welcome and the orthodontist took his time to explain everything to me clearly. Can't wait to get my invisalign now!

Today is my very first day wearing my Invisaligns. Honestly it is very uncomfortable however, I did expect it to be so - also I find it quite painful and not very easy to remove when required. Although, I was sort of expecting it to be like this as it is to straighten my teeth at the end of the day. The dental practice I attend, from the get go have been informed me of exactly how it will feel every step of the way and that I will get use to wearing it over the next couple of weeks and get the hang of removing and putting it back in my mouth.

I have to say that the entire procedure from my very first consultation to receiving the Invisaligns has been very professional and throughout each of my consultations I have been very well informed and I am very happy with the support and experience I have received from the Doctors, Nurses and general staff.

They advertise a free 3D scan and retainers. You don't get either when you go for the consultation. I was shown photos of how my teeth could look by looking at someone else's teeth!

Staff were amazing and friendly. Procedure for Invisilgn was explained step by step. I signed up straight away especially as I found out I don't need to have any teeth extracted.
I cant wait to start my treatment. So excited. The best thing was seeing your teeth in 3D, now and how they will look after. Thank you for making me feel so comfortable.
