I had my Invisalign treatment with…
I had my Invisalign treatment with Andrew Thomas in Cardiff, and the whole experience was excellent. He explained every step of the process thoroughly and answered all my questions and concerns. All the staff were very warm and friendly, and I always felt welcome there.
I'm very pleased with the outcome too. I would recommend to anyone who is thinking of getting Invisalign.

Once you’ve signed to say you are happy with the results...expect zero aftercare
The experience during the procedure was good but be warned once you have signed that everything is ok they want nothing more to do with you. I have called up consistently for a month asking for my before and after pictures and for some reason they refuse to get back to me or send them. The only reason I can think of as to why they would not want to send me them is because they don’t want you to see if there is any change in the after pictures. Really poor to say that’s the costs are minimum 3k and such a shame that after a fairly positive experience during the past 9 months it has been ruined by the very poor after service. For that reason I would recommend avoiding using Mismile for Invisalign as there are so many options out there.

I cannot recommend Invisalign enough! I had Invisalign completed for my wedding day and looking back at the photos I am so pleased I made the decision to have my dream smile for the big day. Rob Jukes and team at Gentle Dental in Salisbury were fantastic they were so kind through the whole process and made it super easy.
Do not hesitate... you will not regret it!

Excellent service, saw it on instagram and went for the free consultation, went through everything was happy with the price and now people are telling me how nice my teeth are and it’s not completed yet.
Used the team at Willaston Jeni was very helpful and informative and thorough.

My experience with this....
Not a great experience, would completely avoid and try other alternatives. Had a terrible experience with the staff at this company, completely rude and dishonest, I even overheard them speaking about me with terrible comments and my consultations.
