It is quick, to be honest it has everything I need for my crafting and it is unique as very few stores in the UK do so many brands , I have had loads of orders and sent family there for Christmas presents plus I like the freebies that come with it

Realised I’d ordered TCMC binder from Canada and not the inserts, was gutted until I found them in stock at Miso Paper. Duly ordered, received email confirmation and then dispatch confirmation with tracking info. Order arrived, absolutely perfectly packaged with a little note from store owner, Barbara and some some wee freebies too.

I have been a customer for a few years now and it has been wonderful watching this small business grow.

Barbara is very communicative with her customers and fast to respond, and I am always happy with her product selection and service.

There was a single occasion where one of my items was incorrect, but she rectified this immediately and I had the correct item in my hands within a couple of days.

It is rare that I leave reviews but Miso Paper has proved time and time again that they are very deserving of one and no one should hesitate supporting this excellent small business.

Miso Paper is always my first stop for anything stationary related. Great selection of items, and things are always packaged really well and shipped out very quickly. My favourite stationary store.

I really wanted the heart superior labor charm and couldn't find it anywhere that wasn't $100, so it was great to purchase it from Miso Paper! I was super impressed by the fast shipping - I live in Australia and mail from the UK usually takes a month. But my package was shipped on the same day that I ordered, and it arrived within a week, faster than some Australian-owned companies. Thank you so much!
