Miso Paper deserves more than 5 stars to do it justice. The store offers a beautiful and wide ranging choice of otherwise hard to find stationery at very fair prices. The customer service is stunning - orders are dispatched as promised and come well packaged. I love buying from Miso Paper - it is a joy from choosing to receiving. Highly recommended to everyone.

This is a fabulous shop for stationery! The products are coming from all over the world and if you are a stationery fanatic this is the place to shop!
On top of that, the service you are getting is amazing!!! You always get answers almost instantly and the owner is always extremely helpful.

Barbara at Miso is fantastic. We have had an issue entirely out of her control from another supplier. She kept me up to date on what’s going, timelines etc. She also included some beautiful freebie’s from her own shop. Highly recommended and will definitely shop with her again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The owner was so sweet with amazing customer service, leading to me receiving my products with 3 days. The products of course were no less, they were of good quality, without any damage and they were at such a reasonable price too. I loved the little extra stickers that were added, such a cute gesture :)

While there were delays in getting my items, none of these were under the control of the staff at Miso Paper. I had great communication from the company owner and she did make recompense for those issues. Miso Paper has really lovely and often unusual items and a customer care approach second to none. Highly recommend them.

I’ve ordered a couple of times from Miso Paper and always had a good experience. Fast dispatch, lovely personal message, and free samples included. I will definitely be ordering from them again!
