After ordering a beautiful rug for my daughter which was at an amazing price it was delivered quite quickly

Miss Amara's customer service is outstanding. I had a slight issue which was rectified quickly. Very happy with my new rug.

The purchase is easy and deliveries are smooth. The rugs are so nice under the feet, they're great for animals in the house and they last the foot traffic - even my white Serena rug!

I'm OBSESSED with my kids new play room rug. It's so soft and spongey, you could fall asleep on it! It's high quality and the colours are exact. Plus it arrived promptly with minimal packaging.

First time buying from Miss Amara and I was blown away by the service provided. Having been in communication with their stylist Fern a few months prior, I went ahead and ordered the rug I'd selected at that time. On receipt the rug was a little thinner than I had anticipated so recommenced my earlier chat with Fern to query what underlay would work best for my chosen rug. Fern then suggested another rug, a new addition to their catalogue, that I decided I would like more than my original choice, and so I was required to go through the returns/refund process. This was seamless and incredibly efficient.

Every point of contact I have had with Miss Amara has been top notch. From the styling advice, personalised follow-up, purchase and receipt through to return and refund I felt like a valued customer. I will definitely use their service again.
