1 stop advertising misleading information to get clients.
2 do not take monies, from my account whom I have not authorized as an continuous deductions, companies such as Netflix, Apple TV, Disney, Microsoft give you monthly account debit orders, so you clearly agrees on monthly payments, they do not mislead you, and take monies without your authorization continuesly from your credit cards. You are a bunch of scammers and crooks stealing monies without authorizations.

Good afternoon
As requested my dissatisfaction with miss beauty club and their involvement with the face book advertisement
If miss beauty receive money from a person and you explain that you are not interested in doing business with them they should have returned the money, they promised that my case was has been resolved and a credit was confirmed
Shocking to say instead to credit my account they went and debited it again without my permission
What happened
Price Home advertised on face book that they are giving away old stock for only R 30-00. As a surprise parcel, it would be delivered at your doorstep.
I decided to take charge to see what they are giving away as a surprise parcel.
When I clicked on the link I was asked to open an account to receive the parcel,and they needed me to pay them the amount of R35.31, which I did on the 7th of July 2025 the transaction went through on the 8th of July. on my bank statement.Bank charges additional. Meanwhile I tried to stop the transaction with no success.
The only thing I could stop was my subscription and that was confirmed on the 8th of July 2025 The same day I received an email from the Support team asking me to rate them( how do you rate a Support team that has done nothing to solve my problem?
All I was asking is to cancel the transaction and credit my account from which I did the transfer, I then received a mail from Trust pilot asking me for a quick review on Trust pilot and that a 4 or 5 stars are appreciated,this mail was signed by Eric Escalation Team Manager I do not understand how one must rate a person or company a 4 or a 5 as nothing has been done to solve my problem. Rating is given or earned after the problem has been solved and not before the time. On the 9th I received a notification from my bank confirming that the same amount of R 35.31 was deducted from my account buy "miss beauty 5196@@@@@ reference number, this was done without my permission,this is unacceptable as it comes down to a fraudulent transaction.
I did sent a mail to miss beauty.club but the mail could not be delivered as the address does no longer exist. I received a mail confirming that my credit was confirmed on the 8th of July it seems instead of crediting my account they debited my account
All mails that was send to miss beauty.club was returned undelivered , as the address does not exist any more
I did sent a mail to @ trust pilot and it seems that this mail is also incorrect.
Hope that this problem will be solved and the two payments that was made to Miss beauty will be transferred back to my bank account

I did not sign for membership. I was buying a speaker from takealot and found myself getting their gift card. Now they have deducted R180 three times in my account. This people are scammers. They need to be investigated and stopped soon.
