Saved my phone

Thanks to Mission Repair for repairing my LG G2, whose screen was no match for the tile floor in my office. The original replacement screen was defective, so customer service called right away to tell me about the delay. My phone came back good as new, and this spared me the major expense of replacing the device. Thanks!

All Grins

Mission:Repair did a great job on my ipod 4 repair. You have to look close and know what you''re looking for to ever know it has been repaired. Works like new.
Repair was done and shipped within 24 hours.
LieEx really dropped the ball, though.
Mission:Repair earned my future business.
LieEx-- well you're on your own- without me!!!

I forgot to thank Wade at Mission:Repair. Every time I called, he had the ball. He ALWAYS took ownership of my concerns and got answers fast. He was always polite and professional. Wade I'm sorry if I let my 'shippers fury' into my conversational attitude. Either way, you handled it like a pro. Mucho Kudos!!!

Online experience was average, product was NOT as described.

I had no problems on the website or with the order process, and everything shipped and arrived as expected...very average. My problem is with the purchased product. I purchased 2 iPhone batteries, one for a 4s and one for a 5. Both were described as new, but they are clearly NOT new. Both batteries have model and specification information rubbed off. I purchased from this site rather than from Amazon (which would have been MUCH cheaper) because the batteries were listed as new. IMO the items listed on this site are NOT as described and you cannot trust item descriptions. Buy at your own risk.

Gave New Life to my iPod!

I was exceptionally bummed when I heard that Apple was discontinuing the iPod Classic and bummed even more a few months later when I realized that the battery in my iPod Classic was holding a smaller and smaller charge.

I originally found Mission Repair online and found their prices to be extremely reasonable. I fretted about whether or not to send my iPod to Kansas for a replacement, not because I didn't trust them, but because I'd be without my tunes for a full week. As luck would have it though they recently opened an office within driving distance of me!

Even factoring in the optional 'front of the line' charge, the price was extremely reasonable and my battery was replaced in about an hour. I don't know if my iPod will last long enough to see another battery replacement, but if it does I know where I'm taking it!

Disappointed

My previous experience with Mission Repair was very good. However, the latest repair was my daughter's MacBook and things did not go so well. There was VERY POOR COMMUNICATION from the start about the status of the repair. We had to call several times to find out what was happening. I do understand they might order parts and have to wait, but it took OVER THREE (3) WEEKS FOR THE COMPUTER TO BE REPAIRED. It was not a good experience and I'll look for someone else to do repairs next time.

Mission Review

I have not actually had service yet. My iPod will be delivered today. My experience on the phone asking pre-sale questions was good. However, there have been 3 occasions in the past including yesterday where emails about service went unanswered. I have 2 friends who have had the same experience twice each. It is understandable if you are too busy to answer email but you should not give an email address on the site for contact if you are never going to respond to the email.

Impressed by Mission Repair's service

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note II that had been dropped on a rock, then further damaged by my taking it apart. I am very impressed by how expertly, and quickly, the techs at Mission Repair fixed everything and at the (reasonable) quoted price. Great job guys. If I am in need of any other repairs in the future, I will definitely contact you first.

logic repair warranty

I sent my working Ipod Classic 160 GB in to get a new battery. The unit failed shortly after being returned. I sent it back and mission repair said it needed a logic board repair which cost more than the battery and only has a 90 day warranty. It occured to me that the logic board problem might have resulted from the installation of the new battery.

Less than a year later my Ipod wouldn't charge up. Mission repair says I need another logic board repair. I asked them to make this repair at their cost and they agreed to extend the warranty on the first logic board repair. So they have gone the extra mile for me.

Cracked glass on second iPad

Used Mission Repair once before and was surprised and turn around time and quality of repair. Latest was an iPad, and like the first repair, when returned, the pad looked as though it had never been used. Case had been straightened and "button" replaced with new. Rear case look like new. Glass was tight as it was done at the factory in the Far East.

Great outfit to deal with fast yuan around.

Great Experience!

Great service- quick turnaround & a price that can't be beat! My local computer guy quoted $300 for installation of a new battery on my old I pad. Apple won't even do it - they just replace your I pad. I found Mission online & for $69.99 got my I pad back in less then a week with a new battery! So happy to find this company & highly reccomend it!

My iPad had a small pit which turned into a crack. I had noticed the opening of Mission Repair while going to coffee one day--So when this crack resulted, I decided to give them a try and was very pleased. They were very courteous and polite.
