I love Miss L Fire, and I'm never disappointed no matter what I buy! This time around, I bought two pairs of shoes, and I can't decide which one I like the most :-) Super quick shipping, excellent quality and a really great team of people!

One thing if you're buying from outside the UK: please make sure you read their "Brexit guidelines" page if you don't want surprises. As they explain on that page, to comply with brexit, Miss L Fire have taken their VAT off shoes that will ship to outside the UK, so they will be cheaper, but you'll have to pay the VAT to DHL in your own country. DHL also added €20 administrative charges to what they charged me.

Shipping was fast and order arrived in good condition, however sizing didn't work out and customer service has been completely unresponsive to my requests for a return (order #09394). Unfortunately their returns system isn't automated and one has to request them, so bear in mind if placing an order.
