As regular customers we have noticed changes what us now appearing to be a batter around d the standard legs and thighs. Also the chips are since bring crinkle cut has lost any flavour that they may had in the past. Not impressed with the changes made. Also it always appears when we have it delivered ìf a rider is not available everything arrives Luke warm which is not the fault of the deliverer. Tried reconciling with the changes especially the chips but won't be going there any time soon.
Very Sorry to have had to say this about Miss Millies at Redfield.

The meal was freshly cooked, the coating and chicken which was tender was delicious.
The strawberry milk shake is definitely the best ive tasted out of all the fast food chains.
From order online which was easy to navigate to delivery, all in under 30 mins.
It was an exceptionally well executed order with well eco friendly packaging to the friendly delivery driver

Milkshakes were sour/gone off staff said what do I expect them to do about it!!!!!

My friend ordered some food to be delivered last night. Then we got a message to say the food was ready for collection. Weird. Anyway I went and collected the food. I gave them his details,surname and postcode. They said no we don't have that name. We only have a Mr Gary. Right that's his first name. 🥺. We opened the bags only to find no large chips as listed on the order and what appeared to be a delivery charge. It wasn't delivered.!!! Dirty fries were disgusting and the amount was 34.95 . Ridiculous amount for two signature meals two milk shakes when we only ordered one. Two milk shakes only wanted one

Miss millies Gloucester road, you have excelled yourselves yet again, you charge a £2.55 service fee you take an order which is printed in front of you all you have to do is put the items requested in a bag, I ordered chicken tendors and small chips, chips which you charge £2.99 and you can't even manage to put those in the order, and what a surprise your phone is constantly engaged probably due to the amount of orders your inept staff are incapable of fulfilling

Staff are polite, but the taste and quality went downhill. And on top of it - got a parking ticket for over staying lol. If you go with kids, you need to get out. DO NOT EAT THERE. Obviously, the owners think it is okay to fine folk eating there... They should make it at least an hour for those using the services or make a provision to pay for staying...

3-5 hour delivery time. Ordered at 3pm 1st told 350pm then to 645pm then to 945pm. Ended up cancelling my order and going to a local fried chicken shop.

I have visited 2 miss Millie’s shops in Bristol, one in Clifton and yesterday in Redfield. I understand everyone needs to make a profit, but if they charge almost £16 for 6 pieces of chicken and 2 fries, there is an expectation of a certain standard.
Yesterday two of the pieces were wings, and two were bones with a small amount of chicken. Absolutely terrible waster of money.

Today 29/08/2024 we went to Missmillies at Wellington as we heard there was a new manager running the shop, Pleasantly surprised was an understatement the quality of the food was fantastic and the service was so friendly the new manager must really know his job well . We would fully recommend Wellington Missmillies to one and all.

Just got the BBQ Loaded Fries. Plenty of fries, but woefully short on the BBQ & cheese sauce. Strawberry milkshake tasted like nesquick. Shame, as I have milkshakes from here before and they've been fantastic.

STAPLE HILL, the best of all the Miss Millie’s amazing food amazing staff. I had many complaints about the Redfield branch I was assured by the staple hill branch they are different franchisees which is very clear by the quality of food being served Staple Hill food is hot good fresh quality and always served by assuring you of what you’ve ordered I would highly recommend this branch of Miss Millie’s

Dreadful! Thought we would give a 2nd chance after our first order a couple months ago consisted of very dry tasteless chicken burgers.
This time the food was freezing, the sauce on the fries was watery.
We will NEVER eat from here again :(

You forgot my hot wings. They are the best thing on the menu and you forgot them. The rest of the food was OK except for your chips which are the worst of all takeaways plus lets not forget you forgot my hot wings.

Hot wings would have saved your totally average offering.

yesterday i ordered three pieces of chicken and regular fries with came to around £6.99, today just now i went to the same miss millies and ordered two pieces of chicken and fries and they tried to charge me £7.98 when i put it to them how much it cost me yesterday they turned round me and said they'll give me discount,i'm totally baffled, what hell is miss millies playing at discount on what, getting charged for the true price of £5.56 which i paid,the uk has gone nuts
