Staff vague about what they had to offer. I asked for sweetcorn, we do not do that, asked for chicken thighs, we don't do that, asked for a bucket of 10 pieces of chicken legs, she never said we do not do that. I got 10 of what I can only describe as chicken strips. The online menu is not what they are selling at BP Monktonhall. This place has only just opened and looks like the staff are still to get a run down of what they are there for customer service is lacking. Go to KFC avoid this place

Your delivery was very poor! Not Uber eats fault but your staff couldn’t even get a simple order out which left the Birthday boy without a burger. Your phone number isn’t in use! Don’t think you will survive in Newquay Cornwall with such poor service!

Newquay Miss Millies. The worst takeaway I've ever had! This place has not long been open and it looks the part, friendly staff and the wait wasn't too bad given the que. There's nowhere to sit to eat in as the people awaiting their order all sit at the tables.
The fries were OK bit that was where it all fell apart. The chicken is of the lowest common denominator, very little meat and that which was there was saturated in dripping oil, was rubbery and utterly tasteless. We had one alleged piece of chicken out of our Signiature Meal that was just bone and gristle covered in seasomg and deep fried. There is just zero quality about this food, hugely expensive, just utter, utter rubbish. Do not go there, KFC still reign Supreme, even though Miss Milles Company claim to be the progenitor of said Company.

Wellington branch….
Never got the chance to eat anything as cancelled my order because was waiting for over 30 mins.
Looked in the back was food all over the floor, I felt for the fella behind the jump he was trying his best but was a absolute 💩 show.
Drove over and got a Macdonalds

New branch in Wellington needs to train their staff on cooking chicken. The obviously frozen chicken that was deep fried for so long it was almost solid. You're better off going to McDonald's across the road.

Wellington branch Been 3 times now 1st on opening day was great.
Second time a few weeks ago mid afternoon and the chicken portions were dry and floury?.
Put it down to time .
When back Friday eve today with h.in.d . For a take away Absolutely crap two burgers and wings it's was so over fried it was that hard you couldn't eat it the fact I took it away I couldn't go back but if I was eating there I'd asked for money back .

Some teenager out front picking there face and another scoffing food in the back I thought that was against hygienic practice in line with haccp.? .

Miss Millies has always been seen as a special treat in our household but sadly there seems to be a lot of hit and miss on the quality that you are served. I frequently have used the Bath Road Brislington outlet which every so often serves up a "warm" watery gravy with the chips requiring a reheat even though I live just a short distance away.

Due to the above I thought that I would try the Wells Road Outlet, "WHAT A MISTAKE THAT WAS" Absolutely Awful place. Guy had Zero customer services, totally ignored me until he was ready and then I only received a Grunt as to ask what I wanted, service was very slow whilst he continued doing other things. Like a previous comment he was handling food with his bare hands, I'm unsure how long the chips had been out of the fryer but they were only luke warm, I can only describe the Gravy (my favourite part) as "warm brown water" virtually no flavour what so ever as with the Beans. The Chicken as with the Chips can only be described as Luke Warm probably because the glass warmer remained open the whole time. I can only advise that you keep well clear.

the first time we been to this place, what a terrible experience.
the guy serving us was so miserable and rude, but that was his personality and i can not comment on it, but the way he was preparing the food was disgusting. he was putting every food in the box with his hands, not wearing gloves or using tongs which i found very unprofessional and odd.

I was in Walthamstow branch today there food was really good, I being served by Sandra she was very helpful and professional her customer service was amazing ..

Had a delivery for the first time, usually collect. The gravy (if you can call it that) had leaked over the inside of the bag, the chicken was tasteless and tough. The gravy was literally tasteless, just a pot of flavourless brown gravy. I thought I had actually lost my sense of taste!

Very slow and disorganized, only 3 staff on at 1930 the que was out the door. The was over flowing n seagulls having a good feed. I was in a group of 3 and had finished my food and written this review before the other 2 cam out

I think your company needs to change one of the companies that you order the deliveries from as when I go on Uber eats and put in my post code it says we do not deliver to patchway it is to far away but I do not live in patchway I live in Stoke Gifford and to get to patchway I have to get a bus ,and we live the right mileage to get a delivery from the Gloucester Road miss millies not happy ☹️

Used to be 5 star for delivery and collection. Tonight, at 19:13, I ordered 2 x 3 Pieces And Large Chips. When they finally arrived, eleven minutes after the stated delivery time of 20:20, I opened the plastic bag to find:
Inside of plastic bag wet with condensation
Both boxes squashed as they had been sat on
The quantity of chips were more suited to standard than large
The paper was swimming in grease
I still have a greasy taste in my mouth
No salt was included

Overall a very big disappoinment.

Roath branch,Cardiff.......once again bloody shocking,rude staff,ran out of some chicken???! Finally when we got food (taxi waiting over 20mins) got home, over cooked,dry,forgot half of order ,when called to explain were not interested at all...I’ll take our money else where Thanks,ruined what was a lovely evening

Normally I have been satisfied with level of Service when visiting family in Bristol however the last 2 times it has really Slipped

I love Miss Millies gravy. It is the best in the world (sorry Dad).

Plus the staff work ridiculous hours to serve me when I am drunk and hungry, thank you!!
