Received pants i ordered. They are very poor quality. I immediately contacted the company stating i wanted to return the items. They said I needed to take photo's of the item indicating what is wrong with the pants, and they would make a decision if they were going to refund me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Their products are of poor quality and they do not refund if you don't like the items purchased.

I just bought a two pairs of pants in Missymilano.com and the size chart was wrong. I ended up receiving two pair of pants that are too short for my size and with a low quality. For the price that they were advertised, I thought that this was an American company and it would be a better quality product. They have a refund policy but when I contacted them, it took forever to get a reply. After I was asked to send pictures of the pants with a measurement tape and a screenshot of the measurements of the product from their website, I got an e-mail not providing a return label but instructions. I had to keep the original shipping package that was a piece of plastic and send the items back to China, paid for that and tracking the shipment and sent all the information to them. Once they received if they received in 30 days, they will refund me the money. This is a scam and not a proper business structure, when a company is planning to sell online products abroad.

it was a complete scam it took ages to arrive and they denied me a refund for the TERRIBLE quality and sizing of the clothes DO NOT BUY

Website says 30 day return policy, when you reach out to them to start a refund, they will interact with you, but then stop responding to your emails. Items took a long time to arrive, material used is of poor quality, contrary to their slightly convincing social media ads. Better get something locally, or a trusted retail vendor with better quality than deal with this headache.

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I've been trying to return the cheaply made clothing for over a month now with barely any response from customer service. The address I got to return the items to was fake. Do NOT trust this company. Report them at all cost.

All the reviews here are correct. Customer service non existent, who knows if the clothes will ever arrive. I disputed with my cc company for a refund since I never received my order nor got a reply from them. Don’t do it.

Ordered pants from a tik tok video.
The pants I received were 6 inches too short. I almost thought it was a joke.
They made me send photos with measurements to prove they were defective.
The pants were $33 and it costs $72 to ship them back.
Do not shop here!

Ordered on 27th December - they claim it will arrive within 7 days. By 14th Jan I had received nothing so I emailed them. The customer service agent did not read my email and sent me a stock reply. They then didn't reply to my last email on 21st Jan. I reached out to them on tiktok & instagram on 19th Jan and heard nothing. They are 100% a fraud/scam do NOT order from them they took £60 from me

ordered a pair of white slacks said 2-7 days shipping and it's been over 6 weeks. customer service is a joke and they don't provide refunds. this business needs to be shut down

The reviews are correct. It took over 3 weeks for the “Kimberly set” to make it to me. What I received was nothing advertised. The clothing was baggy, frumpy cheaply made pajamas. They barely respond to emails, they don’t care. The set was $50!!! These items they sent from china were probably .50 to make! I’m horrified I was scammed and this company does not care. Please DO NOT BUY!!!

WARNING SCAM!! I should have read the trustpilot reviews before I ordered from here. So shame on me for not taking precautions.

I have still not received my order and it’s been over a month. The tracking link I’ve received is very shady and basically shown nothing more than a number that can’t be traced. There is no way of contacting either the delivery firm or MissyMilanos “office”. I’ve tried to contact MissyMilano several times but never receive any answers. So that was 50$ waste on scammers.

This company is fictitious, they are scammers.

don’t buy from here! parcel took about a month to be delivered, quality is okay but defos not worth the price and the sizing is weird. when i wanted to send it back had to wait 2-3 days for a reply to each email and reply so this made the process even longer when i just wanted my money back. when they eventually gave me the return information i have to pay for postage as well.

I got tricked! Clothes were nothing like the ads. Wrong fabric wrong cut wrong color. Worse than costume quality. It’s a scam I wish I had found this page
Before wasting my money

I would give them no stars if I could. My mum ordered one of the lounge sets, the item took ages to arrive with no response from Missy Milano every time we emailed. When the item finally did arrive the quality was very poor with many pulled and loose threads and the item was not cheap to buy. Now that we want to return the item its an entire process with very delayed responses from customer service asking you to provide photos of the item and yet they claim to have a seamless returns process on their website, what a lie. This is not a reputable company and I would recommend avoiding ordering anything from them. Assumed the company was legit since you could pay using Klarna but I don't think Klarna should be endorsing them.

this site is a fraud and a scam - they never delivered my items, but marked the packaged as delivered. Customer service has not responded to ANY of my emails, and I've sent three in the past 2 weeks. In addition, this order was already "delayed" by a month. I should have known then. Do not buy from Missy Milano, or your money will be missing milano.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wish I had never ordered anything from them. I have been emailing them for weeks and no response!! No contact number m, email is the only option. Save yourself the aggravation and don’t waste money on the company

Item was not the same as it was on the website. I emailed advising of same. They asked me to take photographs of the items, show the faults etc. Surely you should be able to send an item back if you are not happy with it, as with all other shops. r Judging by the reviews here, I dont think its even worth sending back (you have to pay to ship the product to China etc). Wont be ordering again. Very disappointed with the products.

Garbage. If you want a refund, you have to pay to ship them back to China yourself.
