Poor customer service
Customer service do not follow their own policy & guidelines as documented on their website. I was lied too and when I questioned this they ignored. The customer service department are also utterly incompetent and the worst experience I have had, I didn't even receive any apology for their incompetence. This websites orders are low for a reason. Please do not make the same mistake I did, please buy your clothing items from a more reputable company with good reviews.
