Guys arrived as stated. Quoted and installed new gazing with 2 weeks. Professionally installed. So clean, matting on floor, shoes off, surfaces wiped clean. I would not known they had been except I can now see out of the windows, no condensation either. Reliable, friendly service and staff. I will call again when patio needs doing.

Andy came as by email. On time. Tidy and friendly. Quoted for large conservatory replacements. Kitchen and bathroom which wad a patterned frost glass. I was happy with quote and 10 days later it was heavy rain but he arrived on time with team and set to. Within an hour all work was done. 3 big door size and 3 smaller. Fit
..tidied up a few other repair jobs andy had said hed do. Windows bright and all polished up. Bathroom glass a perfect match..i ve noticed less draught in conservatory from new panes. Im very happy. Windows looked permantly like needed cleaning but i can literally see clearly now the mist has gone !!

I had a cracked window replaced and several misted windows. The windows are leaded and I was worried about them matching. Andy was amazing he measured each individual window and they're perfect. It is clear that the company takes great pride in what they do. Would definitely use again and highly recommend their services.

Couldn't recommended Misted Windows enough. Andy did a fab job diagnosing the problems and was quick to provide a quote to my landlord and schedule a date and time for his colleague Paul to complete the job. Paul did a fantastic job fixing the issues with both my patio doors - they were misaligned, wouldn't lock and seal properly causing condensation and no shelter from outwide noise and weather and couldn't drain water at all leading to flooding of my carpets every time it rained. Not only did Paul efficiently and thoroughly fix at least 4 seperate issues causing the problems in less than 2 hours, he actively explained to me what the issues were, what the root causes were and how he was fixing them so I fully understood how the doors had been treated. No corners were cut. The guys from Misted Windows are great professionally and a good chat too, more than happy to answer questions and ensure their service is quality.
