My Order Only Advised As Out of Stock 6 days After Payment
My Order , Taken and Paid for on the 24 Apr 20 was only advised as not being in stock 6 days later on 30 Apr 20 .
This has caused immeasurable inconvenience and subsequent loss as the car sits inoperable on the ramp awaiting the part .
This is not what I expect in terms of customer service from a reputable company.

Only bought an oil filter on this…
Only bought an oil filter on this occasion but the price was the best I could find on that particular day and the whole process of buying was very easy. Delivery was reasonably quick aswell despite the current situation regarding Corona virus. Overall, a good shopping experience and will certainly use them again in the future.
