I have bought timing chain kit. One sprocket was missing, one slider was too much. I write them about it and send photos. After 8 days i had no answer what is going with it. So i write them again. In two hours they respond that the sprocket is not included in the kit (but it is mentioned in description and photos) and i should by it on my own and they will refund it to me. So I send all the article back to them. After sending it back, they refund me missing sprocket for 0(zero) euros. I said that it is joke or what? The article was on its way to seller. Next day they have send me instruction how to send back article and they informed me that they send me missing part (while I already send back incomplete kit three days ago...). So now it's two weeks since I made this mistake and decide to buy from mister-auto.es. still waiting to sort it put somehow. Be wise and do not do the same. Maybe You will be lucky, maybe not. But check how many similar situation are described in internet. They don't care about Client, take take You for a fool, just to get Your money and later so long sucker...
Better go and by orignal part in the shop. Btw official Dayco dealer in Barcelona says that they don't know nothing about mister-auto.es so they can NOT guarantee that mister-auto is selling original Dayco parts....interesting? If You want to contact me mojzesz (at) gmail.com


He comprado el kit de cadena de distribución. Una rueda dentada faltaba, una corredera era demasiado. Les escribo sobre eso y envo fotos. Después de 8 días que no tenía respuesta lo que está pasando con, les escribo de nuevo. En dos horas responden que el pieza no está incluida en el juego (pero se menciona en la descripción y se la ve en fotos) y que debo comprarla yo por mi cuenta y me haran un reembolso. Así que devuelvo todo el artículo a ellos. Después de enviar el articulo, me hacen reembolso por la pieza de 0 euros (cero). Dije que es broma o qué? El artículo era en su camino hacia el vendedor. Al día siguiente me envian instrucciones de cómo devolver el artículo y me informaron que me han envíado parte que faltaba (mientras que ya devuelvo juego de distribucion hace tres días ...). Así que ahora son dos semanas desde que hice este error y decide comprar desde mister-auto.es. Estoy esperando todavia a una solucion. Sea prudente y no hacer lo mismo. Puede ser tendras suerte puede ser no. Pero comproba cuántas situaciónes similares se describe en internet. Ellos no se preocupan por cliente, le toman por tonto, sólo para obtener su dinero y más tarde no les importa nada..
Es mejor ir y comprar piezas en la tienda normal donde se trata personas con respeto. Por cierto distribuidor oficial Dayco en Barcelona dice que no sabe nada acerca de mister-auto.es por lo que no puede garantizar que piezas que vende mister-auto son piezas originales de Dayco .... interesante? I ordered 2 headlamps (1 side). One was out of stock, though it was advertised as available.

The order was cancelled as "not in stock", though the item still remained shown as available on the web site.

This meant I was tricked into buying one alone when I in fact needed a pair.

The belts arrived before the due date and were of a very good quality. I would recommend this company
