delivery not complete
in my order i ordered a Veercompressor (x2) OAKSON 761502.
(X2) means to me that this one set cosists of two spring compressors. (you need two to compress a spring).
I only got one spring compressor delivered.

A few days ago,I've ordered two set of remblokkend for my Hyundai and paid ,3 days after I'received an e-mail from Mister auto saying one of the items is not in the stock and paying that item's fee back to my account and delivering the other to my address,
But I requested from them,instead of paying back the money deliver another applicable item "Bosch remblokken "
I sent them 4 e-mails though,They did not listen to me any at all and did what they want,
Finally, I had to order this part from another provider company and cost me two times more price,They are not costumer friendly company,

Good parts shop.
Very fine autopart shop. Parts are equal on the OEM parts. Return procedure on non fitting parts or parts you do not need in the process are quickly handled. If you need a refund there is no hasle.
