Op het moment dat de banden om wat voor redenen dan ook niet door de vervoerder bij u afgeleverd worden / zijn dan worden de banden terug gestuurd naar de verzender en krijgt u het aankoop bedrag van de banden terug betaald.
Helaas voert de vervoerder geen nieuwe herzending van de banden uit.

Een vervoerder zal altijd meerdere pogingen ondernemen om het pakket bij u aan te bieden. Indien er na 2-3 keer niemand thuis word aangetroffen dan zal het pakket afgeleverd worden op het dichtsbijzijnde afhaal punt.
Wij hopen u hierbij voldoende geinformeerd te hebben.

1st one was fast without problem, not even with the products, what I ordered.
2nd was slow, and I get a defect product (break pad), however I just realized after installing to my car.
Still really bad noise is coming from my car.
I am not satisfied as much as usual with this service.

Sometimes it happens that an order is devided in 2 parcels it depens on from wich warehouse the part is going to be send. if the order is devided 2 different delivery company's are going to handle the parcels for delivery
