The correct parts arrived. eventually
The correct parts arrived.
However even after paying for express delivery my parts arrived in two deliverys 4 days apart!
Defeating the "Express Delivery" Cost and option...
I am also not the fisrt person to expirancee this with delivery!
So your better option is the Free delivery option as it takes the same time to arrive!

poor distribution & management Mr Darcy
I still have a wrong pair of tires due to a misscomunication generated by Mister-Auto choosing to use a self-protecting scheme in which the communication is realized via an sort of inbox in your account at Mister-A . So , no direct messages to your email inbox -which is acctualy asked earlyier ,but not used .
In other words I have to open my account in M.-A . and then to check when eventualy DPD will send my order .
Although M-A acknowledge the payments and greats you the rest is "sillence"

Fast delivery, nice prices, same quality
I Always buy my carparts at Misterauto because of good prices and fast/reliable delivery. Even faster then notified during ordening the parts.
In relation to other parts sellers Misterauto is most of the time really the cheapest! Especially if you take into account the special offers or discount. Quality is acc. OEM manufacturers.

Slechte ervaring.
I have order brake cylinder. They offer me also DOT4 - I agree.
Then they sent me DOT4 only - they says: we have not this brake cylinder at all.
They sent my money back for brake cylinder, but anyway, I need to pay shiping costs for DOT4 which I do not need so much - as I have no cylinder.
I do not recommend MISTER-AUTO.

My rating is based on delayed responses or no responses for queries. Also, sometime they seems to very much co-operative or sometime they seems to be rigid.
As I believe, mister-auto has got lot of potential and creating good impression among customers will give more confidence to buy more items and also refer to close friends.

I orderd 5 or 6 items and i recieved them separetly
First i recieved 5 items en then 1item the next day
They were small items and can fit all of them in 1 box
