not best service

Bought partikelfilter and asked kunderservice to send me confirmation at filter meets honda requirements and that I can mount it to my honda CRV. Lady promised but I did not receive it. Waiting for answer from honda which was sceptic to use that part in car although it had honda artikel number.

Logistic disaster

The order was divided into three to fit the boxes, thats fine. But one parcel was lost somewhere, tracking says rejected in belgium. Still after six days, no action or information from misterauto. A serious retailer would just send a new package to the buyer. To just blame the speditor is not acceptable. I still dont have any information, and I have to buy the missing parts somewhere else. And eventually, i'll end up with extra parts that I dont need.
So, misterauto is probably ok if your'e lucky, but when problems occure, it's a disaster.

Feeling great

Wiper Blade

I ordered a wiper blade to replace my old one. The delivery took VERY LONG TIME (almost 1 month) before it was delivered.

I'm not recommending this site if you want to get your item fast.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP-BIGGEST SWINDLER FOR ME

DANGER!!! BE WARNED!!! - DO NOT BUY OR DEAL WITH THIS SHOP If you like your life to become night mare for a months.
I want it to buy a plastic brackets which holds the ignition cables to the coil for Renault Megane ’96. As Renault didn’t sell it, I was very difficult to find them. I saw that mister-auto.no supply them together with the cable set “Beru” (which they put on the picture as a set). I called to the shop and ask them if I can buy the bracket separately, but they told me that I have to buy the whole set together with the cables. I explained that I just bought from them a new cable set and coils “Bougicord” which are better and I don’t need to buy a second cable set only for the brackets.
Then I decided the buy the second set of cables, as they only sell those brackets. I wrote to them to put the second cable set in a parcel with the first order which I made the day before, as they didn’t send it yet. They refuse it and ask me to pay extra 225 kr postage for the postage of the second cable set. So only for the brackets (which cost few kronas) I was asked to buy the whole set of cables and pay extra 225 kr. for postage of second package- which cost me total 996 kr.
When I receive it, I saw that they sent me a totally different cheap cable set, without the plastic brackets, which I need it and which was the reason to order this cable set. It was bad quality cables with different color (blue) instead of black. This cable set wasn’t on their picture at all and have nothing common with the cable on the picture with which they sell the product. I was asked to pay the VAT for this product which cost me a lot. So I spend a lots of money for things which they didn’t sent me at all.
I found a shop in Oslo which put the same picture of the cable set incl. the brackets and went to see their quality cable set and if the brackets are included in the set. Their set was exactly the one on the picture, much better quality cables, black color and it includes the bracket set. I made a picture and sent to mister-auto.no for proving what they advertise and what they must sent me, not that cheap totally different garbage set.
They know that this plastic brackets are very difficult to find and the custumers will buy the whole cable set only because the picture includes the bracket as well. When you ask to buy only the brackets they will tell you to buy the whole cable set which cost a lot, but when you buy it, the send you a cheap totally different cable set, but not the brackets. That kind of cheating you newer see any where in the world even in the “Black Market in Morocco”.
I returned the item, but they refuse to return my money back. They argue in every e-mail and create a different excuses just to not return my money. It’s take few months (whole springtime and half summer) spending writing an e-mails in order to send me my money). At the end they decide to return only the money of the product without the postage expenses. Then we continue with the e-mails and their argues to not return the transport expenses. After few months writing and fighting they decided to return only the postage expenses one way-225 kr, not for the return of the wrong item. I spend a lots of nerves, e-mails and valuable time for a thousands of kronas. Their last excuse is that they didn’t press me to buy from them and that’s why they will not return my transport expenses. What a logic and excuse….a?
This people are so cheap...I newer had experience dealing with such a swindlers. They lie you to steal few hundreds of krona from you and then they continue to lie, argue a use so much of our time to write a e-mails just to steal this few kronas from us. This is very, very cheap. Instead to excuse them selves for the mistake and honestly to return our money which we spend for their fraud. They didn’t pay attention to the customer or the service, but to the few hundred kronas which they can steel from you. This people are thinking like that and they will never changed. I’m shocked because for the first time I see such a people and first time dealing with that company.
I keep all my e-mails and their answers. I will put them on internet. You will be shocked which e-mails they write me and their sick mind to win by lie few hundred box from their customers.
I honestly advise you – NEWER DEAL WITH THAT SHOP IF YOU WANT TO SAFE A LOTS OF NERVES AND LOSE MANY MONTHS OF TIME WRITING E-MAILS, which will cost you a thousands of kronas.

Stay away

They sent me only 1 of 2 products.
1 steering rack 350€ and added another product with pricetag 70€.
They cancelled the steering rack even if the web pages showed me it was in stock. The other product became very expensive with 30€ in shipping and 20€ in custom handling.
I would never buy from these people again.
They have not replied to my email.
Stay away...

Updated review - not really trusting them yet...

I finally, after weeks of silence, got an answer back to ONE of my many questions, resulting in an actual communication-thread with someone (unidentified, but certainly fluent in Norwegian). My goods also finally arrived on dec 31th. The parts were sent as a second delivery, and therefore TAX-FREE (!..). Yes, a refund of the tax (moms) has been paid to my account.
I still don't trust them though. Need several "normal" experiences to counterbalance this one.
For now, I would like to change my rating to a (weak) 3-star. But they won't be anywhere near 4 stars before I have (if ever) at least 3 consecuative satisfying deals with Mister-Auto.no. That includes a working communication as well!
So please, please, please - no more frustration...! :-(
