The proposed belt did not fit…
The proposed belt of 995mm did not fit - it was too short. The belt was in the list of my car parts as the belt for cars with air condition. All other information was missing.

Nothing to Complain
This was my 1st experience with Mister-Auto and everything went fine. The delivery time was good and packaging was safe as well.
The product fits to my car and the price was lowest among other competing websites.

Price effective, low postal cost but longer lead time
Mister-Auto is pretty price effective/cheaper than both online competitors and physical shops with low postal cost but longer lead time. If a car is broken down and need to fixed then maybe their longer post time is an issue. I am happy with their current service.

Amazing company
Like title says amazing company good in every way , I got one suggestion an it's not directly linked to them , but I don't think they should stock Bolk products as they are the worst car parts I have ever used, example 1 bought window wipers for BMW e91 they were so chunky that sprayers hit wiper not window, example 2 bought brake wear sensor an cable was to short compared old cable an was 6-7 cm shorter after this I learnt my lesson with bolk , so my suggestion would be to stop promoting bolk as it will tarnish such great company.

No money return as promised
I ordered a part from your company that you advertised as fitting my car - it was completely wrong. Obviously this can happen, so I sent the product back to you (at my own expense) and was told I would be refunded.......three weeks later, I'm still missing 900 sek

Thank you for that feedback that you provided.
I have checked with our returns department and they informed me that your return has arrived in our warehouse and now our financial department is working on refunding you.
Till the end of this week you will be refunded.
Please keep in mind that the return process is a bit time consuming as all the returned parts are delivered first to a service point in Helsingborg. They are proceeded to a destination parcel center in Germany and then they sent to our central warehouse in France.
After a check up the return is refunded.
I hope that this explains the delay about the refund.
