I just wanted to know that how is the packaging done very badly. All the parts fell and came out. The postnord guy mentioned that he recieved all the item such way. This is not good, your packaging will not even support the weight of the parts. Imagine the box cannot hold your parts. Please dont do this. i didnt see any physical damage to the item but hopefully the parts is not bend because its metal frame, prone to bend. I was shocked to see such bad packaging, I wonder how my another item will be received like this as well. Atleast you can use some strong tape around the box so it will not fall out. very dissapointed. as well the parts boxed was open box not new box. You know when the box is open the price should be reduced to half. Im IT technician we as well sell computer parts and new parts. once the item is opened in the box the price fall 50% but how is the bosch rotors box been opened and looks like its returned item and you sending it to me. i dont know even its test item or rejected item. You know i bought from other vendors as well not like this. I dont know why i get items like this. if you wanted to sell open box item please pun in description so we know. This is cheating guys. Very dissapointed will not recommend to others. Im just worried that the parts is not genuine and just stamp brand on cheap parts. Not worth like this.

Cheap parts with good quality! Buy a lot of stuff via Mister-Auto and not one has become a single mistake yet! Will continue to shop a lot of you!

Sent a cheaper part with the brand name carelessly grinded off and put in the more expensive box.

Very slow to send the replacement. 6+ days and they have yet to even ship it.

Totally unacceptable behaviour and don't even make the effort to expedite sending a replacement.

Bought a catalytic converter to a Citroen Xsara Picasso at a very good price. The parts arrived and my mechanic fitted the item without any problems whatsoever. Will certainly come back to this site if needed in the future.

I ordered the exhaust pipe for my Subaru, none of the parts fitted, middle part was bent at welding, so I needed to cut it and weld it again. The end part was 45 degrees off towards the middle part, and was 2 cm short, so I needed to cut in and add an extention pipe.

Quick and clear, but I prefer all my order in one delivery. I can not start a service, without all the parts for my car.

They do not know where my parcel is 10 days after It was picked up from them in Germany!!!!!! Supposedly by POSTNORD who everybody in Sweden knows is totally useless!

Mister Auto Change Guarantee rules to only 3 months against their own purchase conditions and EU and Swedish rules and refuse to meet Guarantee.
Bought new Brembo front disks and pads for BMW these became worse over about 5 months disks warped are causing vibration when braking and driving on inspection both are pitted/porous.

Replaced with Bosch disks and pads from another supplier no problems after.

Still no refund of 1781 KR

Just avoiding the fact that no wear is it written or stated that these parts have another guarantee.

A full guarantee covers these parts and nothing else.

Take your responsibility. Don’t trick customers.
