very annoying that you cant make more detailed search for different types of enginge oil or have a filter.
BUT when finally found what you want its good price.
Could be quicker delivery tho...

Yes they deliver, but what to do if something had been wrong? Not possible to reach by call or email, its terrible! I dont know what to do, i have made correst order but received wrong parts, and cannot do anything about it! Worthless service!!

The company is reliable and most of the time it takes 7 weekdays to deliver the materials they have the flexibility of delivering it wherever you want
the only thing is you don´t know when it will be delivered it will be nice if they put next to the product as there is to be sent in XYZ date there should be an approximate delivery date

return system very bad and customer service also bad since tow week i try to return item did not fit to my car i buy from mister auto . i write to mister auto 4 time they send to me error return receipt i talk to him till today with out result.
i would not recommend anyone to buy from them.

When we check your order we can see you have already got the needed guidance and help from our customer service.
Normally the transporter system can be up to 48 hours delayed with updates of new return labels and what we can see of the history in your order and the correspondence the reason seems to have been that you was too fast to try send the parcel. Now all seems OK.
