Parts have gouges in, delivery longer than others
Parts took over 2 weeks to arrive. Brake disks have signs of wear (marks & gouges) and are not well packaged. Fuel filter doesn't fit my car, but stated it does on website. No contact to mister auto is available and return is almost impossible. However, prices are good. I would think again before I place another order with mister auto though. I would rather pay slightly more for a better overall service. I would highly recommend Auto Doc instead, which I have used several times with a lot better success.
Further update. Since the earlier review, I can now confirm that Mister Auto have refunded the amount owed to me. However, I am still not going to recommend using this company until they have a better way of making contact with them, and actually make the effort to reply to customers.

Regarding the refund of the incompatible fuel filter- for this order you have had 15% discount and the refunded amount was of the discounted filter. The real amount you paid for it because of this 15%.
I see that for the car parts you were interested in you have been in contact with our Mister-Auto support and you have been provide information how you can make an advanced search as sometimes the registration number is not enough to filter the search with all the compatible parts that is why sometimes an original part numer is needed.

The worst customer service ever, this is my third wrong order. I have returned as they say but still refund. Be very wary of the company. They do not deserve 1 star, but this is the only option.

They only have telephone contact for customers and the phone time is very limited.
The website is not user-friendly.
They only anser in English and not even that works very well.

My favorite site when it comes to auto parts. Never had any problems and everything i have ever ordered has fitted perfectly on my cars, also great prices. The only drawback for me is that i have to wait for deliveries a little more than if i order something directly from Sweden. I really recommend MA!

Just disassembled rh side drive shaft…
Just disassembled rh side drive shaft today & discovered the new drive shaft is missing the ABS ring. On checking the other new drive shaft you sent for the lh side this is also missing the ABS ring. Since I always order using my vehicle registration I would expect when I am presented with part for my vehicle on your web site they should be correct. However it seems you show all parts that will fit my car year & model thus causing me to be fooled in buying what I thought was correct for my vehicle. I now need to find quickly the ABS rings for both sides & will have to find them locally since your web shop can't deliver until earliest 3rd Jan even with express delivery.

Good Price, Weak Packaging
Prices were great... but the packaging could be improved.
I had ordered an AC compressor (heavy part) with wiper blades (long and light parts). I understand that this is not the easiest job to pack them together, but the packaging was damaged when I got them and only by pure luck everything was there.
Otherwise, I was happy, particularly with the discount on the price of all of the items.
