Pretty appalled with this company. They shut down operations in Denmark and recall the car. They send a bill for extra mileage with no answer when I disagree with the calculation. No other answer than multiple payment reminders (still no replies to my email disputing the charge). And now a threat of debt collection :(

Same story here - they increases the rent out of nowhere, thanks to a rule buried in their terms that basically lets them run wild with our money. Seriously, who even knows if that rule's legit? Stay away, seriously.

I signed up for the private lease and got my car in around two weeks time. Great service and swift response.

I drive a Tesla Model 3 private leased via MisterGreen. ln December 2022 I was confronted with an outstanding parking ticket from June 11, 2022. Initially, there was a lot of confusion about this ticket because I had not received any notification up until that time.

Although it took some back and forth between myself and them, they have solved the situation very adequately in the end.

Very personal approach and friendly service from MisterGreen. They arranged me a car in shorter time than anticipated and I am very happy with their cooperation.
