Really simple online booking process, great selection of hotels. We always ask for Smith gift vouchers for Christmas and birthdays and then plan our little breaks! Perfect!

Mr & Mrs Smith (a nod to the classic check-in nom de plume for illicit stays of old) began life in 2003 with two adventurous hotel lovers (our real-life Mr and Mrs: James and Tamara Lohan) and has evolved into a global travel club with more than a million like-minded members.
Our carefully curated (and responsibly sourced) collection now includes hotels in the sky (if you’ve never woken up in a treehouse, we can change that), hotels in caves, hotels above water, hotels underwater (well, partially), hotels a million miles away, hotels on your doorstep…
It’s no accident that the collection is so special. Entry is by invitation only and every hotel is visited by our team and anonymously reviewed by a diverse bunch of trusted tastemakers.

A Positive Rxperience
I was able to call in and speak with humans. Then I gave my itinerary knowing their recommendations would meet my standards and they worked within my budget. All very important and time consuming items if left to myself to do.

No refund after miscarriage
Four days prior to travelling on a holiday which we had booked after my brother died, we were told at our baby's dating scan that there was no heartbeat, and my wife was to have a medical miscarriage, a process which involves extreme pain and heavy blood loss.
We weren't able to travel, and both Mr & Mrs Smith and the hotel refused to refund us, and we lost all our money.
