I am so happy to find an app that the goals are actually reachable and has a great payout. That app is Mistplay. You have about 4 months to complete a game, which is awesome compared to other apps that pay you low amounts for playing. I also have received my money within 2 days. None existent customer service
My account has been put on hold and they will not tell me why. I have done NOTHING wrong, I have simply played games (often with many time tracking problems constantly having to log back in!) They owe me a £10 Amazon voucher which I spent days and days earning. Only bots review the account so there is no fairness at all. I am really upset to be accused of cheating as a 63 year old woman who has NEVER cheated and worked hard for everything I've earned, to be accused of doing so with no way of putting right the injustice is very upsetting indeed. And I just KNOW there will be a generic reply to this review as well! and YES there we go a generic reply to this review, the same as everyone elses reply about accounts being put on hold!!!

I contacted support with problems I was…
I contacted support with problems I was having connecting my iPhone to my games (for points to be awarded after completing each requirement)as well as connecting, in general to MistPlay’s home page.
The staff member that emailed me gave me clear instructions for solving my problems AS WELL AS sending my issues to MistPlay’s technical team and solving the connectivity issues for others!
A great big thank you, for Steff, for all that getting solved in short order! I’m now able to hook up to a full list of choices unlike before where I had only one choice…which was just so odd…now? The whole list seems amazingly long!
