This is a awful scam, they get you because the games are really good, so you want to play, but the consequences are not worth the crap texts and calls

Everything with Mistplay has been wonderful. The ability to cash out gift cards and get what you want is great. Only thing I would like to see changed is the 48 wait time for the gift cards.

I never received the 2 gift cards I…
I never received the 2 gift cards I won. It only took 1 time contacting customer service and letting them know about this issue to have it resolved. The codes for the gift cards were in my email the next morning. It was very easy to have this issued resolved and quickly at that.

I absolutely love Mistplay! I’ve been using it for 4 years now and have earned over £500 in vouchers, which is amazing for just a couple of hours of playing a day. It’s really easy to earn points, and redeeming gift cards is simple – they usually come through within 48 hours. I won’t play games on any other apps now, this one is definitely the best out there! I love this app
I love this app. I use games to unwind get i get stressed. Choosing Mistplay gives me a chance to be recommended games that I might not have chosen like nanogram games bc I didn't know they existed. I find them challenging and fun. They have a great selection of games, easy ways to get gems to earn toward real money cards. Their tech support is amazing! I sometimes have problems with a game or do not get my points to move on, so I send it to tech support and they are so great! They were all over it! I was impressed and appreciated how fast and efficient they were.

Three stars maybe too much
More difficult to find games that payout more than one GXP. Too many games at one GXP. Too many games I'm not interested in. They're okay to play for a little while but get bored easily. Don't like that we now have to compete for Mistcodes. Too many ads and very repetitious. Used to be one ad now we have to watch three to continue play. I spend way too much time on playing games I should be doing more important stuff. It took me over 6 months of daily play, hours at length, just to get a $50 Walmart card. This is ridiculous.

THEY are always quick to respond without any issues. I know I may be missing a few gems or units, but they try to capture it all. It is waiting to make the claim that causes issues because Im continuously having to deal with Hay Day not providing info.
