Great Game

Great game, it’s a little slow getting your rewards but, I have cashed out 3 $10 Amazon gift cards within a couple of weeks. I had to wait like 4 days for the 2 rewards, just waiting on my other one. maybe it took so long on the first 2 gift cards because it was my first time cashing out but it’s not even been 24 hours yet for my other reward so hopefully it doesn’t take longer than 3 days. Overall I like the games and the app, and I like that you can add up points really fast to get your gift cards. Customer service/ support was really helpful and got to me quickly and resolved my issue. Thank you MISTPLAY!! I have been telling everyone to download your app, because it’s a great way to have fun and make money quickly.

I CONSTANTLY lose my daily streak even though I play multiple times a day. I have lost a 279 day streak recently and one over 300 in January. It's extremely frustrating.

Very Happy With What Mistplay Has Become

They got RID of the facial recognition for payment.
They have always paid what I earned.
Customer Support has always been friendly and taken care of any issue I encountered.

This company is amazing! I use many and this one is the only one that pays and keeps track of my points. They are patient when I make a mistake. The team of support is always there and so kind. My account was suspended right after I…

My account was suspended right after I ordered a gift card which I received a confirmation for, and right before it was to be paid….like right before the 2 days it takes ended. I am not a bot and spent the time and effort and earned the reward. I reached out to Mistplay asking why and have not even received a response stating a valid reason why my account was suspended. That was almost 3 days ago. Complete BS.

AVOID

Cashed out a voucher it said it was sending it to my email ( which was correct)
Voucher didnt turn up.
and Mistplay says it doesn't exist my order, yet all my point have gone!
Spend money on the games too!

Uninstalled did email but they didn't respond after I sent the proof of my account. So its BS saying email them for help.......

Don’t waste your time—they’ll ban you the moment you actually win.

I’ve been using Mistplay for a while and finally found a rhythm where I was making about $50 a week. I thought I’d finally found a legit way to earn some extra cash, but boy was I wrong.
The second I hit that $50 mark, I was suddenly "logged out" for security reasons. When I tried to get back in, my account was permanently disabled for "suspicious activity." I haven’t changed my device, I don’t use a VPN, and I play the games fairly. It’s pretty obvious they just don’t want to pay out anyone who actually puts in the effort to earn real rewards.
It’s a total bait-and-switch. They love you when you’re earning pennies, but the moment you become "expensive" for them, they kick you to the curb and keep your points. Save your battery and your sanity—stay away from this app.
