Lately I've been having to contact support to get missing gems because for some reason I don't get my reward. Doing that I lose my time but eventually I do receive my rewards. I love the quick payouts... See more

Mistplay is excellent! They stand by their games when doing in app purchases and actually pay out exactly as claimed. Fun games and extra money.

I have gotten my account suspended one on iPad account my iPhone Mistplay had split up the one account into 2 one with my phone number account on my phone and one with my email address on my iPad and I don’t even know the account one that I logged in on both devices and they somehow made it into two different accounts on each device and now they won’t give me a rewards

Too many ads and constantly asking you to buy more things. Very slow to show rewards.

The help team are happy to sort my missing gems each month that dont clock up due to a glitch, always happy to help.

It's not too hard to earn enough points to cash out. I've already done at least three payouts of $25 each, so it does pay. It takes about 2 weeks to get there without spending extra money. I don't understand that part...spend money to get money? Pretty backwards. There are WAY WAY WAY too many ads you have to watch OVER and OVER again, but it is what it is.

They have great customer service. I earn money regularly playing the games they provide.

It was simple and quick to get a £5 Amazon voucher.
Playing the games are fun. I tend to play perhaps an hour a day at most but unlike some of the other sites, there is no time limit on the games so if you enjoy something, you can stick with it.
I'd used TesterUp previously and they kept raising the 'check-out limit' which was a con and you earned pennies for playing games. I wish I'd found Mistplay sooner. They do exactly what they say on the ads and the check-out experience was a breeze.
It won't make you rich, this isn't an app for making lots of money (although if you play for more than an hour a day, perhaps you could make decent cash) but if you can get paid for playing games in your spare time, then why the heck not!

Removing bonus earnings units for every checkpoint was the reason that had me engaged to play for more than hours. Now I play for less than 30 minutes. Overall great customer service and fast responses. But not the gaming experience. Slowly ruining this app by gatekeeping bonus earnings.

No one helped me. In the past I received great customer service and fast. Dont know what happened this time.

Still having to send emails to adjust my points. Most of the time they are quite quick, why they get 3 instead of 1.
