Mistplay does exactly what they say they do. You earn Units (coins) to cash out with. You can cash out multiple times a day if you have enough units to do so. You can cash out yo paypal or gift cards to many different places. If you follow the guidance of the and reach check points, you will get paid for playing games. Customer support is very good. They listen and help where they can. Mistplay is a great company.

It took a little but they pay and pay on a timely rate only thing that could be better is how long it takes to earn money but decent choice of games

After fixing the "1st" time mistplay ripped me off after buying where I should have received units....few days later it happened again...wrote and sent a screen shot...all I heard was crickets...this game will rip you off so fast

I thought it was a scam but gave them the benefit of the doubt. I played a little cashed out to see if it worked & got my gift card. I've been playing for a year this month & made about $400. It's not a whole lot of money but it does pay out. I'd give it 5 stars but it takes 3 days to receive your gift card & it's digital. You can get a physical card but they take some of your balance. It can take 3-7 days to make $25 if you just play the same games. Doing the tasks or playinf a lot of new games makes the money add up faster. It's fun & tbh I don't play games unless it's through mistplay. I've found a lot of great games through them too. I recommend to everyone to earn a little extra money. Also great customer service.

Higher rewards for games

I have been playing for many years and what makes it great as the variety of games I have made a lot of money also and the customer service always gets back to me and helps me when I have any problems and even have given me extra gems and high unique games when I ask thank you very much

They're customer support is outstanding. I really enjoy the Mistplay app. I can count on making a little extra cash each month. I would appreciate it if they would get some new games.

I love Mistplay, I have been playing this app for years... They always help you with whatever you need help with... Fixes any issues you have always compensate you for your troubles... This just about the only app I use... I really love this app and I have cashed a $100 multiple times plus the $50 multiple times an countless $10 cash outs... I have honestly cashed $50 and $100 many many times... Thank you Mistplay....

I've been a mistplayer for 3 yrs. Now, the app is dysfunctional and no response from support. I cannot see game icons, am not getting credit for time played and even their game icons (such as events) does not open. Very sad as i enjoyed playing on their app. Now it's not reliable nor is their customer support. No wonder they don't have a phone number to call!!

Any time I have an issue, it is promptly dealt with by Mistplay associates. The app pays out as they say they will as games are played. This app has paid for a lot of my household necessities via gift cards. I have nothing but good things to say.

This program is an easy to use, pleasant experience. It has presented opportunities to play games that I normally don't see in my store. And, if you encounter issues, their customer support it exemplary and expedient.

No reward sent to me. No customer service at all, just AI bot telling you the same thing and when that gets too old even for the bot it tells you it will send out your ticket to someone on “the team” to get back to you. They say within 48 hours you get your prize sent. It’s been 4 days now. Not only did I not get my prize but they have the nerve to tell me they don’t see my redemption request. Not until I screenshot the thing on the app showing the pending status and magically now it’s being said to me that they are in a different time zone so it might not process yet. I might not be a rocket scientist, but I don’t care what time zone you’re in, 48 hours equals 48 hours in all time zones….

Every one who has responded to the recent issues I've encountered has been incredibly helpful, informative, and kind. Even relating to frustrations I may be feeling. Especially since after all the years I've been using Mistplay it wasn't until VERY RECENTLY that I ever encountered ANY ISSUE that made me feel the need to reach out to Mistplay to report errors/issues I've been encountering.
I recently learned precisely what information needs to be reported, how to share documentation, ie. Purchases, screen shot specific issues. That way if I encounter them again, I can properly follow up with all the important information & documentation to help them investigate & fix the problems.
It's easier for me to understand now the best way to communicate with them and provide the most helpful screenshots & purchase documents to make it more fair, honest, and be sure they can do their job properly.

I have tried A MULTITIDE of different ones, Mistplay has THE BEST rewards, caring & helpful team, the easiest and straightforward options to earn points. As well as MULTIPLE different ways to increase ones ability to earn. The BEST bonuses for spending $ on the games too!
