Excellent company. I have been buying from Mistral for a long time and find them to be quick despatching the order which is always of good quality. The only gripe I have is having to pay for returns. Otherwise, great in all aspects.

They took the money, never shipped the package, never heard from them about any problem with the merchandise, and refunded at my request, partially (!!!)

I love Mistral’s designs, their longer line tops are shaped nicely and are more flattering for my body type - it’s so difficult to find longer line tops and jumpers that don’t look like a big bag on you these days. Online service was great, sizing is spot on, style is flattering, highly recommend.

Excellent. Easy to choose, pick size required and order. Kept up to date with despatch details. Goods great. Only hitch would be having to pay postage on returns which is why l don’t order from you often.

I ordered 2 tops but returned one on 23 August recorded delivery at my own expense, I have received no correspondence at all despite sending 3 emails and a message through facebook. There isn't a telephone number so you can't get hold of them. I have always loved Mistral but will never order from them again. If anyone knows how to get a response from this company please let me know.
