They were doing 3 for 2 sale so I ordered 3 items and later found out 2 of them were out of stock and nothing else was my size so I couldn’t choose anything else. I already worn my 3rd item as I received it separately so couldn’t return it either to get a refund. End of story they couldn’t help me in any way, I wasted my money and they just sent me blank email after a week of back and forth emailing

Do not buy any sale items from this company. They will not refund your money instead they will give you a credit note to spend and you then have to pay for delivery again.

I ordered from them twice after sending the original dress back the quality of their clothes it not worth the money. I ordered another dress with the credit note this was also very poor quality and rubbish. I had to send back after paying again for delivery. Then I ordered pair of trousers and had to pay an extra £10 plus delivery charge for the trousers.The trousers were so long for them to fit me I would have had to wear them over my head and even then they were to long I have never had anything like it and I am 5ft 6. I am not sending them back because it will cost me AND THEY WOULD ONLY GIVE ME ANOTHER CREDIT NOTE so I will have to cut them and hem them myself. What an absolute waste of money. Also they were so thin you could see the pocket lining also the washing instruction labels. The trousers were not from the sale but had I sent them back they would have only reimbursed me the £10.00 NOT GOOD. NOT GOOD AT ALL I WOULD RECOMEND YOU STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT BUY SALE ITEMS THEY ARE COMPLETE RUBBISH QUALITY IS VERY VERY POOR. Sorry but it is just the way it is and my experience.

Horrible, horrible customer service, exchange rates are not accurate, this company overcharges. I double checked with my bank and they confirmed this. I cant review the clothes themselves because I never received them in the first place! After reaching out to them on 4 different platforms I finally received a response, essentially telling me they won't be refunding me and to contact the shipper. That just goes to show what kind of establishment you're dealing with. I now have opened a fraud investigation with my bank and hopefully, things get sorted out. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY.

I ordered 3 pieces in sale.
They didn't fit well so I had to send them back.
On the website FAQ page this is mentioned:
"Sale items: Sale items can only be returned for refund by credit note."

So I send it back on my expense.
Now I received an email mentioning "the refund is not accepted" because it was a 3 for 2 sale. HOW THE HELL CAN I NOW THESE SIZES ARE BAD? I DON'T LIVE IN THE UK??!!!

So, I wasted my money on the 3 useless pieces AND on the shipping cost back. This is the worst service EVER. So I repeat... DO NOT ORDER HERE.
Your order will only go fine if it fits and you want to keep it. Otherwise, you're screwed.

Terrible Terrible Quality.. Not anything like as displayed on the page VERY cheaply MADE and RIP OFF THIS COMPANY .. BUYER BEWARE this is truly a SCAM and when you send stuff back they put stuff on it and say you sent it back damaged!!!

Recently bought a jumpsuit from mistress rocks which was not cheap , around £70 and about 10 minutes into my night out on New Year's Eve the zip broke leaving me embarrassed and eventually having to borrow someone else's t shirt, the jumpsuit was not too small and it's clear to see that the zip is faulty and twisted, after complaining five days ago they've only just told me to send it back to them which I will have to pay for and haven't told me what will happen when they get it whether I will get a refund or a new one ect , the customer service has been awful and given the expense of the jumsuit I don't think I should have to pay to return a faulty item
