Service is terrible placed an order for just shy of £200 of workwear. It’s been 12 days since the order was confirmed, no dispatch email, no tracking information sent and not so much as response from customer services via email which is funny because because when you got ring the number on their site it’s automated message telling to email then it cuts out. Order was placed on the 7/2/2026, it’s now the 19th so that’s 9 business days so far and I’m guessing if they are coming it won’t be till at least the back end of Feb.

Ordered the Carhartt Detroit jacket for myself. Excellent price, jacket is sublime and 100% authentic (unlike some advertised by other companies). Well packaged, kept up to date on it's journey and delivery time and date. For authentic Carhartt attire, look no further. Excellent prices too.

This was my first time buying from MI and the whole experience was excellent. I have recently had a very negative experience with an online scam company and I was very worried about something similar happening again, however my purchase was dealt with by two fantastic customer service advisors, April and Emma. Emma in particular was amazing going above and beyond to not only reassure me about my purchase with them, but also offering support and advice with my previous experience. Exceptional customer service, I will definitely use this company again.

A great selection of gear at MI Supplies, although a lot of the time the stuff I am after is sold out due to its popularity. Their customer service is first class! I had an issue with a missing parcel (not MI Supplies fault) but I emailed the customer service for help which was quickly followed up by a lady called Emma, she sorted it all out for me and kept me informed via email throughout, many thanks!
The problem with a lot of companies these days there customer service lets the company down, however MI Suppliers have nailed it!!

The product range is stunning, and in my opinion, they work with the lowest possible prices compared to their competitors. I am extremely impressed with the Mascot workwear and the embroidery service from MI Supplies. The final result is top-notch and the attention to detail is excellent.

I'm a touring guitar technician and a leather worker.

Needless to say, I need clothing that works as hard as I do. Carhartt hits the sweet spot of style and durability with me.

I've purchased the utility jacket and quite few other items as a post tour Christmas treat.
I instantly fell in love with the jacket and I have worn it almost every day since I've got it.

Now, a stitch on the sleeve let go a couple of days ago. I was gutted, because my new jacket started to have those nice "worn in" creases and was becoming "mine", but hey ho, those things happen.

I've contacted MI customer services, Emma guided me through the process with no unnecessary questions asked. I've sent pictures of the stitch rip, which were processed by their product investigation team.

Less than 24h later I have received a confirmation of the replacement new jacket being sent to me.

Now, that's a great customer service!

I'm the kind of person that when treated right by a supplier/company/person I tend to stick with them and not look for another one to potentially "save" £5 and waste half of the day looking for that "deal". I look forward to future purchases from MI Supplies Ltd.

In my experience MI Supplies are a great company to purchase from. I purchased an item as a Christmas present which was unfortunately the wrong size. However it was very easy to return and reorder. Dispatch and delivery times were very prompt on both occasions. The quality of the item was very high, and the recipient was extremely pleased. I would happily purchase from this company again.

Ordered a jacket on the 6th January was stated delivery date 13th January went onto website to find out they are just processing my order not happy at all

Had a slight quality issue with an item, and for anyone that says theses things shouldn't happen in the first place, sh!t happens, its how its delt with that matters, Emma on the customer service team was amazing with quick responses and helpful solutions which is more than I can say for most big companies, great prices and good delivery, quick even when delayed (courier fault) will happily buy from mi supplies again purely for know how good the customer service is. Delivery is awful and customer services don’t even come back to you

It’s taken 9 days for my work boots to arrive. I emailed after 5 days with my order number and still haven’t had a reply
