Good service & great product from this company
Good service from this company - ordered online and had an easy transaction. I ordered the Mitox 760BPX Leaf Blower and I have used it once - it was easy to assemble and is fantastic to use - I wasn't sure if it would be much better than the hand held one I had before but I am pleasantly surprised. I would highly recommend this company and this machine.

mitox multi tool Mt 26
I have bought a mitox multi tool as I'm doing a fair bit of gardening having only used stihl (borrowed from mates) I was doubtful of a cheaper brand however it seems to cope very well with everything thrown at it, it's now about a year old and the only problem is the pull cord internal assembly sheared which was an easy fix it still starts in the first couple of pulls and runs spot on, I've used all 3 components hedge cutter, Strimmer and pole pruner and all are good, the only minor annoyance having used stihl is the 9star drive coupling can be fiddly to get together if not exactly aligned appose to the square drive of stihl which falls together, also the hedge trimmer attachment does not lock closed and flops open then carried
I would definitely buy another though even with the minor issues mentioned

Not being too aware of the brand I Took…
Not being too aware of the brand I Took a punt on the Long Handled hedge trimmer and it is superb. Easy to assemble, easy to start as very well put together. The auto choke for starting works a treat. I live on a small holding and have a huge number of hedges and the machine copes admirably. Extended use and vibration does not appear to loosen anything. It’s not the lightest of machines but I’m extremely happy with it.

Great Service and Product from Mitox (pity about Fedex)
The service from Mitox was 5 star and so is the product (28MT). The only down side was the delivery company used, Fedex, who are dreadful. Mitox had the product shipped in less than an hour, Fedex held onto it for a week - so much for next day delivery; in fact it took me and Mitox customer support a lot of time to get Fedex to part with it at all.
The product, 28MT - garden multi-tool is for the price excellent, and for my use (domestic gardening - a few days a year) perfect. All the tools (trimmer, pruner, strimmer, brush cutter) work and are of good quality; the engine starts easily and is relatively quiet and low vibration. (I'm comparing it to a Titan which was none of these - where as a "professional's" tool set would cost probably 10 times as much).
So thanks to Gemma at Mitox for finally getting Fedex to deliver it.

Item delivered on time and at a good price. Was just a bit disappointed the 100ml free Oil was not provided, as was stated on the website description.
