I have to confess I was nervous about buying a hanging bubble chair online however I needn’t have been. Chair came quickly with delivery info along way so I knew when to be home. Not put chair up but we have unpacked and had a good look. It all seems excellent quality and I can’t wait to use it

Utterly Appalling. If I could give less than one I could. Took my money. Finally delivered very late, completely the wrong chair, had to take it away saying they would call back the next day. One week later and no communication and they are not answering the number on the website. Appalled. Where is my money or my chair?

I bought a white eames lounge chair, delivery was quick, chair is ok the back is low which is fine for a small women Im 5’4 but if you were taller no head support. Says its leather but I think it maybe bonded leather its certainly not calf leather. Finish not perfect there were staples visable under each arm and scratches on the back of the chair. I contacted Mity who offered a discount if I kept the chair. Ok for the price & for my bedroom, If it was for my living room I would prefer better quality

Ordered online without seeing the product in the flesh, so was nervous, needn't have worried. Ordered an Egg Chair in black leather, with aluminium outer finish, best price around and a discount which halved the delivery price. Van arrived and the lads carried the chair in, very helpful. A bonus find was that the chair tilts back as well as swivels, which makes it more comfortable too. Recommended supplier

My table and chair set arrived as promised in great condition well packaged, i was sent a link to follow the delivery progression which was helpful. The goods were as advertised so pleased with my purchase. Thanks MityHome

I was looking for a new table and chairs for my new patio .
Saw the one I lived on the website and ordered .
They was a delay with the delivery (Covid) the table arrived when it was expected and was as I hoped.
Would order again if I needed something else.

Only three stars as I have received my order yet , it's been over a month ago.

I ordered a garden set and paid, got an email saying that i will receive my goods in 6 weeks i have had no further communication from MITY. I then emailed them and asked when i would receive my order i got an email saying, that they have had a shipment delivered and my order was not on it however, they are getting another shipment in two weeks. I then emailed again after waiting for two weeks to be told that my order was not on that shipment either. So i called them and asked they said that the garden furniture i ordered was not on the shipment and they dont know when the next shipment would be. They offered my the same garden furniture but in different colour. I asked for a refund and now await a full refund. I would not buy anything from this company. I dont know how long it will take them to refund the full amount back into my account. Website states 3-5 working days but im still waiting.

I wouldn't know as I still haven't received the chair yet. The delivery company have not turned up 4 tines and I haven't had any reply from mity about my order.
