Lovely product delivery took a while but given covid fair enough.

I purchased a ‘brown’ leather chair, which arrived well packaged and in good condition, but unfortunately the ‘brown’ shade was too ‘tan’ rich for our colour scheme, but Mity have been true to their word in terms of a no quibble refund policy, which is vital with on line purchases where the products aesthetic can only be judged by photograph. We will return to Mity in the future in view of their sales policy, and value for money.

The chair I bought had a few marks but it was swapped for a new one, the seller would have got 5 stars it was just unfortunate that this one had marks. Happy in the end, I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase more furniture from this seller

I have been looking for an Eames chair online for my birthday and found one here for a very good price and after reading reviews went ahead and bought it.
Delivery was very quick and after unpacking, assembly was very easy.
The quality is very good and very comfortable.
I recommend them very highly.

However I left my fone details as requested as I was told I would be informed of an arrival date/time which didn’t happen; lucky it came today as though I’m her most days there would’ve been no-one here tomorrow!

I ordered the office chair from Mityhome, arrived in only a couple of days, chair was easy to assemble, took around 10 minutes, chair had a slight scratch to one of the seat side panel , must have been done at factory as the chair was packed well with polystyrene all around it, after talking to the company the owner was more than happy to help me, great service and the chair is looking great in my home office

Prompt delivery, lovely quality, stylish. Quite a firm and deep seat, ideal as an occasional chair rather than an all day task chair.

I’ve always wanted an Eames Lounge chair. With so many replicas available I called for some advice and received it from a friendly guy. Ordered on Friday and arrived on Monday with free delivery.

The chair and ottoman are fantastic. The Italian leather is so tactile and the styling and build quality is excellent.

I ordered an egg pod chair from Mity and I was very disappointed when I opened it & found a big crack down the back. I phoned them immediately & got through to them, and they arranged to pick up the damaged chair and deliver a new one within days. Am super impressed with their customer service & prompt exchange for a new one. Love this chair too
