Happy with the service, delivery and product. However because we spent over a certain amount the website indicated that we would receive a free table with the chair we had ordered. So we included in the order the code requested to advise that we would be happy to receive this. At time of writing no table has arrived. If these things are not going to be fulfilled then why bother putting the offer on the website?

I purchased an expensive chair from them, but the chair felt apart. They are trying absolutely everything to avoid their responsibility even with lies that the chair I purchase is old and things like that. Very unprofessional, sneaky and deeply dishonest. Stay away from this store. Be careful!!!

Purchased an Eames chair from Mity home. Great communication from this vendor throughout the transaction. Really pleased with the quality of the end product as well.

Product was very good - the assembly instructions could have been a bit better. Luckily my husband had me to tell him what to do. Also no free table.

I was rather concerned that this Charles Eames inspired chair would not be top quality as it was such good value. I had seen some advertised at a similar price but not real leather. I need not have been concerned. The chair is top quality construction with top quality Italian leather. took about a half hour to put together. really impressed that even the specialist tools required were supplied. Excellent purchase.

I have recently bought the Egg chair, looks absolutely amazing and the quality of the product is great. Very happy with the service and the chair. I recommend it.

Incorrect screw assembly...followed by non existant customer care.

My Eames chair arrived this morning. Unfortunately, not had time today to open the two large boxes. My experience thus far has been, a user friendly website displaying a wide range of items all very creatively. There is ample information for you to make an informed purchase. Then once your selection is made the payment process is straightforward. I’ve found shopping with Mityhome enjoyable and I’m confident my Eames chair will be in excellent condition and I’ll be extremely satisfied. Everyone at Mityhome stay safe and well.

Poor communication, had to chase to find the item I’d ordered was out of stock. Agreed a replacement which arrived with delivery drivers demanding additional payment. Was supposed to come with a side table but didn’t arrive. Can’t get hold of them now. It’s a shame as it’s a cool chair and I’d have bought a few more items. Just dreadful service.

I'm very pleased with the Eames lounge chair you provided but at the same time disappointed other chairs, specifically the eames style office chair and the D384 armchair were not available albeit advertised on the web-site, otherwise it would have been 5 stars and not 4.

The replica Eames lounge chair purchased looks fabulous in place and was actually better than anticipated.
