Absolutely shocking
Bought a Electric Fire from this company, 3 days of using this for about 10mins a time and its broken, tried to contact the company and nothing, every point of contact has been ignored.
Even left a bad review on their website since they seem to reply to there reviews (obviously only the good reviews)
What an absolutely rubbish company, needs shutting down before anyone else gets scammed !!!!

They don’t answer their phones, they don’t respond to email’s, they turn off their web chat facility. The only way I could eventually make contact with them was to discover that they are part of a company called Presence Group, I found the name of the managing director and contacted him in every way I could think of including Twitter, LinkedIn And Facebook, Funny that within the same day of doing this, I received a message from Mix, telling me that they would be refunding my money. Do not trust this company with your money.

Electric Motorbike Fault & Customer Service
We purchased an Electric Motobike as a Christmas present of our child. Unfortunately it developed a fault shortly after using. Thomas in customer services has been beyond excellent in dealing with our issue, from start to finish, from contacting the manufacturer and daily and giving updates over email up to twice a day, in a day and age where customer service can be lacking we have had a really positive experience. Thomas is really a credit to your company, the customer service has been beyond excellent. To note - the customer service we have received is not aligned with some of the negative feedback here. No reply to emails and cannot phone them
Had an issue with a purchase that i want to return. I have sent numerous emails to the email address provided on the order conformation and also tried calling the phone number provided. I have not heard back from any emails (although receiving acknowledgment emails) and when i try to phone them the phone rings twice before there is a automated voice message saying nobody is about to help. I have now opened a case with PayPal to get my money back.

Ordered an Octupus Hurricane Lamp as part of my wife's Christmas presents. On Christmas day we discovered it was defective and unusable - candle stand should be soldered/welded to base and it has failed! 3 emails, sent photos, tried 6 times now to contact via phone and live chat is disabled. Still no response. Fortunately bought with Amex so payment disputed and will be reimbursed. beginning to feel very much like a con-site!
All's now well
My order arrived with an open damaged package and an oil missing with the other leaking. I am pleased to say, though there was some delay, that I have received replacements. I like the Ancient brand of oils and this company sell them at a reasonable price.

I've made order, which was delivered on time and most of the products were perfect as I hoped for,..unfortunately one of the products was with defect, and one not exactly as described (= different origin). Straight after recieved it I've messaged to the company to inform them about it. It took 2 weeks for them to respond, but once they did get back to me, the issue with my order was very quickly solved. Their communication and customer service was very helpful, and professional and I was treated with care, respect, appreciation and kindness. I'll look forward to visit their online shop again.
Ordered an office chair
Ordered an office chair, a wheel snapped off after 7 months of light use. It's out of the 6 month warranty so Mix won't replace it, they also don't stock the wheels so I can't get it fixed either, I'm just left with a useless wobbly chair.
Curiously, when I try to review the chair on Mix's website it continuously fails to submit, it has a 4 star average rating which I'm now doubtful of.

Excellent customer care. Item was replaced after it arrived damaged, no fuss or bother, and with us in good time as it’s a Christmas gift. Really grateful.

Delivery date is a con
As per all the other reviews, avoid this company. My package still hasn't been delivered (16 days on-going). The tracking information doesn't work so I can't even locate the item. Customer service emailed (their phones don't work, they avoid calls - I wonder why) to advise that the delivery company are experiencing issues with the tracking information and that due to high demand they won't deliver within the agreed time. I purchased a 20kg item and no-one knows where it is, or whether it will be delivered. I was promised compensation but this has now fallen on deaf ears. I am requesting a refund as I want to stay well clear of this company, but my refund may end up with my package - untraceable. Trading standards are going to have a field day with this company.

AVOID!! No live chat, Can not reach by phone and no response to emails after 10 days. At this point I out of pocket close to £200 and the banking is trying to claw the money back. All the markings of a scam site or just plain incompetent. Chalking this up to experience.
