So , at first I wasn’t very happy, I had duplicates of two photos so two of my photos were missing. I got in contact with support and they were amazing. They responded very quickly and gave me step by step instructions to reorder my two missing photos that will be replaced for free. I am not sure if there was a glitch in the system that made the two duplicates but I am so glad the problem was resolved. I can not wait to give these as a Christmas gift this year! If you are considering these do not hesitate just make sure you do a double check of the photos chosen! You can’t beat the amazing price! I know that I will be ordering some for myself soon!

Using MIXPIX was easy! We had an issue with 5 of our photos and customer service was extremely helpful. They had me follow these simple steps to reorder some photos, free of charge! I'd definitely use MIXPIX again!

I will be ordering again. I ordered 13 tiles and received them within a week and a half. Only took two days to ship from the time I ordered. The best price I found online. The bubble packing on the inside of one box was a little light and perhaps from shifting in the box. On 7 tiles the corners were damaged slightly but with in hours of emailing them they reordered my entire order free of charge. Great customer service. I especially like the magnet style mounting system. I plan on ordering holiday tiles to change out my picture wall for seasonal pictures because of the ease in attaching new tiles to the wall magnet. I chose this company because of the cost and because I could download full resolution professional images unlike some other sites. The only difference I could see between this and other sites is that the visible foam core isn’t black like I would like, instead it is a grey color. The grey color does make the tiles blend better but I like the idea of a dark edge. I will be ordering more for Christmas presents as well due to their nice quality and versatility.

These are as an issue with my order the first time and it was fixed so seamlessly! Customer Service was so friendly and helpful. Pictures came out nicely and look so good in our living room! Thank you

This is the first time I have ordered the pictures and I was really upset. Because the pictures not clear, Sharpness is missing and also a kind of blur you can see through pixels which makes the picture look bad. Again this is my opinion. I have contacted the customer service they have given the refund. I appreciate that.

I was so excited for these prints! They came super quick in the mail. When they came I noticed that one was double printed (and I tried to make sure that didn’t happen because the upload was being weird). I also didn’t like how one of the photos printed. I contacted MIX PIX and Veronica was a huge help!! She reprinted my photos for me and sent them with no charge. I would definitely order from them again.

When I opened my MixPix box, each of my Mix Pix had parts of the photos cropped off and are part of the other Mix Pix. Each one has a part of another photo on it. Definitely disappointed.

I placed a first time order with MixPix and recived my foam wall tiles. They look amazing! Couldn't wait to hang them, but by the time I got around to it, I couldn't find the ahesive strips. The customer service team was awesome and got me exactly what I needed right away. Most companies go silent after you a placed an order, but that is not the case here. Looking forward to continuing to adding more family adventure photos to my wall for years to come!

I can't recommend this company highly enough. I placed an order by mistake --- long story, but it was my fault. I cancelled the order and requested a refund. Even though they went into production right away, they gave me a full refund.

I ordered from here for the first time. Unfortunately my box that was delivered was damaged therefore the pictures inside were damaged as well. I immediately contacted customer service and dealt with Veronica. She got back to me very quickly and had excellent customer service! Mixpix kindly rectified the situation and I’m very very happy!! I will definitely recommend them AND order again!! :)

There are lots of options for photo tiles. I picked Mixpix for the volume discount, buy 12 pay for 8. Yes the were the price leader, but I also found them to be tops in service. The tiles were delivered within a week and they were great, but our 1 year old yellow Labrador decided to open them for us and destroyed them. Not one tile was spared! I reached out to MixPix Customer Service. Shared pictures of our destroyed shipment, and asked if there was any chance they could discount a re-order (the tiles were for a birthday present). To my surprise they replaced the order in full at no cost to me! Thank you Veronica at Mixpix Customer Service! I will be a repeat customer.

I have several pictures of Doors of the World and wanted to place them on tiles.
MIXPIX had an excellent price and so I placed an order. Unfortunately, my pictures were vertical on a 4x6 size photo and these did not work well with 8x8 tiles. The quality and clarity of the MIXPIX tiles was excellent, but the reproduction cropped most of the pictures. I was disappointed and requested a refund. MIXPIX had no problem with refunding my money. They were very agreeable and willing to work with me if I wanted them to try reprinting them. It seems they would not fit correctly due to their orientation, so I did not want to waste their time in reprinting them. I would recommend using MIXPIX because of the product quality, speed of delivery, excellent price, and GREAT customer service. I would name the associate that personally helped me, but I read your pointers on how to write a review. :)

Good product and very nice customer service. Initially few pics were cut in the print becoz it was uploaded so. When multiple pics are uploaded at the same time, the web page did not prompt to check each individual pic and so I assumed the whole pic will be printed in full. Contacted customer service, they asked me to Upload again and check the pics this time and they reprinted and sent the good ones. The whole process was so easy. Got 12 for $72. Great product !!

Great! Love them they are very light so no need for nails quality is good as long as you have a good photo to start with. Will definitely buy more!
