Edit 1 TRUSTPILOT: mixpix is flagging and trying to delete the bad reviews. If I would have read these reviews I would have never ordered. Huge RED FLAG the company is flagging every single bad honest review 😂😂😂 I’ll be sure to copy and paste my review now on multiple outlets. Please still have CEO of mixpix reach out I’d looooove to speak with them about my Continued experiences.

Edit 2: The company did actually reach out to me, apologized And corrected the entire transaction without even having to be asked again. Deff painting this company in a better light, reminding us that one employee might be having a really bad day and you happen to be the brunt of it? Who knows. Company 100% resolved my issue.

Customer Service was a joke. I’ve ordered 16 pictures the first time around that only five shipped so I had to contact customer service and they had an issue with the “printing plant“ but easily sent the other ones as soon as I sent them the email. Second round of ordering the system zoomed in on one of the pictures and I emailed them to try to get a reprint. Customer service was absolutely poor. 100% Attitude which I didn’t even know you can get from A customer service email. Saying it was my fault because I zoomed in on a persons forehead for the photo, which clearly no one wants a picture of just a forehead. I screen shot what I was buying to make sure i get all the pics this time and so I sent over the screen shots showing when I hit submit it was of the picture of friends, not just a forehead, they continued to argue saying the time stamp doesn’t match the order. LOL LOL this was final straw I’m in a different time zone, duh!!!! Instead of saying I’m sorry I’ll get a new one sent out, customer service keeps telling me it’s not their issue. Of course that was until I said I was gonna leave a bad review they try and correct it. The second set of pictures is in my office that sees 100+ patients a day, and has a staff of 40, then customer service finally tried to correct the situation. But I’m not having it, 100% avoidable and customer service isn’t doing any favors for this company. I’ve told everyone when they ask about the pictures a different company because I would never recommend this place. Please have the owner or ceo Of the company contact me, I have all the emails and screen shots. I’d hate for this company to fold because they hired terrible customer service.

While the shipping, and delivery were spot on the quality of all materials used is questionable. They look great on my wall however even with the light weight foam board material these are printed on and the one supposedly durable strong double sided sticky they give you are so, so. I can tell you right now if you're reading this to order a 3ft roll of the same double sided tape they give you off of Amazon cause if your pictures are anything like mine you'll find that they fall off of the wall every few days. They do not send any extra either. As far as the quality of the pictures goes I can't complain too much. As with any cropping and photo printing if the quality of the photo was not good before hand don't expect it to be great when printed out on these. One of my photos had a piece of dirt or something on the foam board when it was printed on so when I attempted to take the dirt off it ripped a tiny white chip in the photo exposing some of the white foam board material underneath. Still waiting on customer service to get back to me about that. With that said 90% of the 20 photos I purchased were all taken from my smartphone and turned out great! I am very hesitant to order from here again and will probably try one of their competitors before trying MixPix one more time.

I ordered tiles and received them with very poor quality. Not worth it.

Ordered MixPix on a Saturday and had them from Germany on a Wednesday which was impressive. The quality of the pictures looks good. HOWEVER, the pictures were not cropped exactly as I had cropped them online. This caused two of mine to appear weird. Make sure if you go to order that you leave a little margin for error because the cropped area will appear smaller than it does online. Additionally, I only received enough adhesive (for mounting) for 8 of the 12 pics.

Still would consider ordering again though.

I have placed 6 LARGE orders and have been very pleased. I placed an order and tried to use the code and it wasn’t allowing me to, I send a message and spoke with a representative and my discounted funds were refunded back in my account with 3 days. I will continue to order from MIXPIX.

I ordered these for a Father’s Day gift. Some of them arrived damaged. I immediately contacted mixpix and went through the process for replacement. I still have not received the replacement tiles. Very disappointing

I am very pleased with my order. Arrived just in time!

I have placed two orders already planning on two more - good quality and price - only issue I've had is that there isn't enough sticky stuff for adhering tiles to surfaces. More adhesives so they don't fall from wall. I have had to buy separate additional stuff to make sure they stick. But outside of that its a great deal!!!

I love this company. They make it so easy to order. The price is amazing, Delivery is fast and they help me to build my memories. Thank you. I'm about to order my next 12!

I love the photo quality of my tiles and get a lot of compliments on them, my only complaint would be they didn't stay sticking to the wall and I ended up using extra stickers from command strips.

I love my tiles. They came super fast and were super easy to put on my wall. Recommended!!

The photo quality is good and photos look great. My biggest problem is the fact that the stop to attach to the wall comes separated and is supper small. In my case, my walls have a little bit of texture and it doesn’t attach as well as the competitor’s brand that comes with a thick strip all across the top edge that all you need to do is take the protective paper and attach to the wall. Due to this and the fact that unless you choose the basic look all others are more expensive, I will only buy from the other company.

I have ordered from 4 different picture making companies and MixPix is my favorite. I've ordered twice now and will continue to order. I love the "lightness" and the quality. ALL of my photographs have turned out exactly the way I wanted. Most photos hang with just the little piece of tape they provide, but once in awhile I add a piece of gorilla tape and that does the trick. I've recommended to everyone who sees the photos and wants to know how they can get them, too.

Not horrible quality, but I wish the edges looked better. Good enough for me to order again to complete my wall.
