I order a egr cooler delete kit , but after one week the gasket from egr exaust manifold had a leak , contacted the MJ modifications to send me a new gasket , and their response was to buy the kit again 🙄, costing me another 80£ this is BS , guys don’t buy from MJ Modification they are a joke if you want proper communication and help get this kit from Darkside development!
Sold me a jaguar satnav disc doesn't work scratch al over it is useless. Showed on website jaguar disc but what you get is blank. Giving disc to training standards as this place needs closing down would put photos on here if could as all can see what it's like. It's now with trading standards. He wants me to send back for replacement no way after abuse in email's from him.
Faulty software / disc [possibly ripped as the image is 10 years old]. Seller replaced disc but it never included the software I wanted. Requested a refund. Not received a reply for over a week. Leave this company alone. McAfee flagged the website up as 'suspicious' and wanted to 'block access' to it. Crap service and don't believe everything you read about 'warranty' and ''replacements'. You won't get any AND you won't get a refund!

Reported to MS as soon as I received the MS office 2016 disc, They are a tiny company in fact based at home and the site is registered to:

Their site has dozens of softwares at mega cheap prices they claim they are affiliated with MS, THEY ARE NOT!
The disc arrived and it was Totally clear it was fake the Office image had been printed on a normal blank DVD, There was NO KEY or key sticker it was "Ahum" Apparently built into the software (Its a loader built in)

No way of contacting them! ALARM BELLS should be ringing and unfortunately for me my wife bought the software whilst I was abroad on business so she used all her details.
They posted the disc in a normal letter no packaging nothing what so ever.
I have gone onto Microsoft's site and reported them. Ms DONT mess about.
