I thought they provided an excellent service. I called them for works and within 2 days, the requested work was completed to a very high standard. The decorators were extremely competent, on time and professional. I would recommend this company to others

I’ve been using Kloss on and off for 20 years. Always excellent quality work at a fair price. Decorators are punctual and very tidy.

Water damage had left a bedroom in bad shape. Kloss responded very quickly - real people at the end of the phone rather than voicemail - and their estimator arrived to size up the problem quickly and efficiently. Fairly priced and they were able to do the work in a couple of days during lockdown which I appreciated. This is the second time I have used this company and I will be happy to use them again should the need arise. Thank you!

I have never been disappointed with Mark Kloss, the painters are professional, clean (they tidy up after themselves), reliable and excellent decorators. They painted the inside of my house some years ago (still looks good) but I have recently had a refresh of the living room and dining room, a really good job

I was recommended MJ Kloss to redecorate my one bed flat in central London after a long tenancy and they proved to be a good choice.

Their estimator was able to talk through the requirement for each room and we soon agreed a quote. A week later the team was on site and informed me of any issues as the work progressed to very good resolution.

For me the whole process from start to finish was slick and trouble free. Highly recommended.

After a flood came through the ceiling in our kitchen/family room we were in a right state! Found Kloss to be very courteous and professional throughout, and a great job (thanks Craig). Would 100% recommend them and use them again

On contacting Kloss, their estimator was in touch and came within 24hrs to view the job and in the afternoon provided us with an estimate that was entirely satisfactory. Work commenced the following Monday and was completed to our complete satisfaction within the week, a very good job overall and we can recommenr Kloss as always excellent.

I first used this company several years ago and have used them recently for a second time. I'm pleased to say that the service is as good now as it was back then. I'm very happy with the painting and decorating work carried out by M J Kloss and can highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service at the booking stage - very easy to contact to discuss the jobs and they were adaptable to my changing needs. Prompt arrival of the decorator who did a fantastic quality job of painting and wallpapering to an exceptionally high standard. The wallpapering, in particular, was impressive as it was an awkward wall with several plug sockets but the end result is flawless. The decorator was also very tidy.

I've used this company for years - they are so efficient in their quoting, planning and paperwork, and the decorators they use are always lovely to have around, (which important when they're in your house) and do fabulous work, with no corners ever cut. I thoroughly recommend them.

The guys did a fantastic job. Very reliable- always on time, and worked quickly and efficiently without compromising the quality of the work. I definitely recommend and will certainly use them again if I have any other decorating jobs in the future.

These guys did a great job. Not a cheap and cheerful option, but the guy they sent around for the exterior decorating job was punctual and diligent and the finish was as I’d hoped for.
