Useless engineer called Jordan (from the derbyshire/yorkshire area) turned up after a month of waiting, then made up every excuse to not do the job (even though I was told on the phone it was fine), then they sent him again, this time it looked like he did it, but lied, he had unconnected my neighbour and put mine in instead, to make it look like he did it right, then obviously my neighbour rang up her Internet provider, who sent an engineer out immediately and swapped it back round. He even was bragging that he doesn't take any notice/care about the complaints he gets from customers. He just want to do nothing and get paid, not an honest worker or a decent person.

I'm aware that this company has lots of employees and some will be good, but this type let you down, they don't deserve a job.

Mohammed haroon what a guy, just amazing, stayed with us to ensure everything was up and running rather than taking as read from the call centre. If this man is ever available for my next issue, I want him to attend. I could t have asked for a nicer gentleman to visit our home. I’ve a partner with anxiety and she felt so incredibly comfortable with his presence. Top top guy

Mohammed Haroon corrected the fault and restored my internet connection which had not worked since full fibre was installed on 5th May. He was very polite and helpful and importantly wanted to ensure that my devices were working and I was fully satisfied before he left. I was very impressed by his thoroughness in ensuring that everything inside and outside was left in a safe and stable condition.

He was so friendly and considerate, I don't normally write reviews but he's the nicest worker I've had in my house so he deserves one.

Mohammed Haroon was brilliant. He got my broadband installed and up and running after 3 other engineers abandoned the job previously. It was a tricky install involving crossing a main road, guiding it down an alley and then a two-storey vertical drop. It took the whole afternoon but he didn’t complain and was very positive and professional. The work was all super neat and tidy. Thanks a lot!

Installer Ben Punter arrived during the scheduled time slot and was friendly and smart.
He discussed the install with me and after inspecting the inside and outside of my property, we agreed on
where the outside junction box was to be installed and where the run of the new drop wire would
be placed. Ben was able to follow the existing Sky cabling route on the front of the house as this is concealed quite well along the soffit line.

A new hole was required through the wall to allow the entry of the new fibre cable.
This was done very cleanly and after the ONT box was installed, it looked as though it had always been there.

After the installation was completed, Ben confirmed that my broadband service was back up and running again, including my IP phone connection.

For my part, I am extremely pleased with how my FTTP installation was carried out and this was definitely
due to the professionalism of installer Ben on this occasion.

Excellent customer service. Excellent work through out and respected the property.

We had an engineer come today to carry out the connection and change over of our house to full fibre internet.
He spoke to us to determine the routing that worked best for us and explained any limitations excellently. The change over was smooth.
The job is neat and tidy.
A very good experience.

I had Anoop Johal visit my home this week from MJ Quinn, and to say that I was very impressed with his workmanship, and customer care, is almost an understatement. He found a solution to a problem without causing any further inconvenience, whilst efficiently installing the fibre Internet connection as arranged. He seemed genuinely focused on doing a thoroughly professional job, and represented himself and his employers in a very positive light.

Mishal Tariq came to my property this morning to install full fibre, very polite young man, explained everything to me and answered all my questions a good job done.

A BT Engineer called Brandon re a faulty line. He was efficient, so polite and unbelievably helpful.
