If I could, I would give these guys in excess of five stars. In all walks of business life things don't always go to plan and you may get let down by delivery companies, for example, by way of damage to your goods.
It is the way these trials are handled that make a company and boy these guys HANDLED it. Nothing was too much trouble, they were in constant contact with me and I received a complete replacement cross trainer in the time it would have taken companies I have dealt with, to deliver the original one. I was very impressed. Absolutely Customer 1st.

I purchased a Charles Jacobs Big Kids Ride On QUAD Bike Childs 12V, for my grandson. I had been looking at this product on Amazon but they wanted £20 delivery, bought through Ebay from these people no delivery charge.
Delivered on time by a company who advised via text the hour they would be coming, very useful when you have 2 dogs to walk.
Assembled the product in 30 minutes with no problems, its a Christmas present for my 5 year old grandson so cant offer further review of product but I know he is going to love it.

I purchased 4 dining room chairs. They arrived within 2 days of purchasing.
I received an update prior to delivery. The website was user friendly and the chairs were as described. Would highly recommend.

Getting use to the oven, looks a well made product. I found the instructions a bit sparse.

Item arrived on time, but when erecting the table the little aluminum lock nuts broke when tightening them up, also one of the metal stands did not align with the holes in the table top they were off by an inch, the draws didn't sit correctly either, so not a very happy customer.

To be honest I never give feedback usually but I was impressed with the speed, contact, information and service so felt that I should let other have my experience!!!

I bought the Charles Jacob BBQ as it had good reviews and it was on sale, I ordered it and it came very quickly which was great!!
The finish and the packaging wasn't great, and when checking the materials against the list of materials in the instructions guide (which is atrocious) I realised I was missing parts, I contacted MK warehousing and eventually got the parts (ordered 15/9/16, delivered 16/9/16, missing parts delivered 30/9/16)

Additionally as the instructions are really bad you have to make assumptions on how to fit things together and make some intuitive guesses and you need to buy a box of multi-washers as none are supplied. Takes about 2 hours to assemble once you have all parts.

Lastly the heating rack needs to be secured using nuts and washers otherwise it comes off when you close the lid.

It's a good BBQ for under £80, so not too many issues.

Great comfortable chair, professional company.

Having constructed many flat pack type items, this was not a daunting product. The screws etc were all in separate labelled bags and each component was also labelled. I used a cordless screwdriver on a low setting.
The alignment of components was not perfect but acceptable. Quality is 8 / 10, as it is a cheaper end construction, melamine over mdf.
Certain features and components needed a bit of strengthening with gorilla glue and angle brackets.
Took me about 3 hours to build, satisfied. My son is happy with it.
This is not a high quality piece of furniture, but a satisfactory desk for a child, 8 to 14 years old, my son is 12, and suits him. Everything works correctly, but certain things did need a bit of fiddling, the door hinges and lock on the drawer and drawer runners. Basically moving parts.
I think it will last him 5 years or so, by which time he will have out grown it. I am happy with the price for that length of use.
