Brought this for nephew who is 2 for Christmas and the seller contacted me to make sure if I was available for delivery and kept me informed every step of the way. Definitely 5 stars.

Purchased dining chairs off Ebay, delivered the very next day, without any problems. Lovely quality product and excellent price, would definitely recommend this Company. Thank you for such a good service and product.

Had a week before I put it together - not impressed with the number of emails asking for a review but putting that to one side I love the chair. As in some previous reviews I read before purchase some holes were covered by the leather that needed to be accessed but this was a minor issue. The chair is beautiful in design and comfort.

Perfect, just as described and on time.

Fast delivery service however I got sent a faulty faulty cable cross over machine with broken weights.
It was all sent in an open box with screws all over the place.
I also purchased a 1 year warranty however the company do not honer the warranty and just ignore emails.
Absolute joke don't waste your time or money on this company

Fantastic customer care and communication (especially from a young lady named Aggie), very professional, great prices, great items, fantastic service, what more could a consumer want?! Highly recommend! I'm so impressed with them that I've shared my experience with everyone i know in person and on facebook and even shared their facebook page (which i normally wouldn't do but i was that impressed that i had to share it with everyone i know 😊)

My goods were delivered as advertised. The local deliver company contacted me on Wednesday and told me they would deliver on Monday, although the Amazon information said delivery on Friday. It didn't matter to me, but suggested a degree of disconnect between the local delivery agency and the supplier. Otherwise, fully satisfied.

We received faulty item we contect the company finally they sent us right plus extra bits as well every time we called or text they was very helpfull i will highly recommend this company product is perfect looks great lovely very happy customer thank u very much
